yh the 12th live zoom class, got the pdf on the 8th, then got told had tech issues so couldnt do the live call which is what i specifically paid for and wanted to ask questions. instd everyones been told videos r on the pdf file sent on the 8th, there is, but why are we paying and being lied to and told its a live zoom class 5-7pm if its not and its all precorded crap on a pdf file

I've bought 4 tumblers over the past year and had no issues. They arrived packaged well and were and still are good decent quality. Myself and my partner use them every day and love them. Would buy again.

Paid for an in person class which was held within Paige’s home. There was 6 people and we all enjoyed and learnt so much, we got the information straight away online and the link to ask questions whenever. I haven’t had an issues with Paige, she seemed lovely and willing to help. Thank you x

I feel so many of the reviews here are some sort of pack mentality.

I had the pleasure of attending a face-to-face course with the owner of Behind The Trend - despite technical issues in the shop, she opened her own HOME up to us. That is a vulnerable position to put yourself in, and yet I respect that the decision was made to not let customers down as some had planned to travel 2-3 hours to attend.

The course was engaging and interactive. I learnt so many new tips and tricks that self-teaching myself through YouTube/Google/etc never really covered.

I’ve also previously ordered phone cases and many, many digital downloads that arrived in a timely manner and perfectly good items, well made.

Paid for a zoom class to happen on the 12th October between 5pm-7pm, it had technical problems as nobody could enter, Paige then posted on her page saying we would get a email within the next 24/48 hours with a video recording.. never received then pauses the page for days so nobody can reply or get in touch.. it’s clearly scamming!! Don’t order anything or classes as you will never get what you’ve ordered!!!!

Brought event tickets, to be held at Paiges location over 4 hours away. Paid for train tickets and hotel for the night. Thought as we had taken the weekend off work (run our own reputable and trustworthy business!) we would make the most of the weekend so also booked a spa day up near the event location. Paige announced some issues over a week and a half prior to our event regarding electricity. (She provided an alternative location to the sell out events) However she then cancelled our event the afternoon before via an email that stated we wished to cancel?!! We were at work and had to desperately try to contact the hotel and spa to see if there was anything we could do, since we had already paid and it was the day before we could not get refunds on anything! We took the train up and made the most of it however we litrally spent just over 800 to travel and spend the night for a spa day that we could have had close to us. She knew about the fault almost 2 weeks prior. She admitted to only selling 3 TICKETS! And posted videos on tik tok that day bragging that she wanted to book a random holiday because its all gone to shit...also said she was going out that night and the day after...seems like going out on the piss is more important than fulfilling the events and promises she made 🙃 I outed her on socials lots of people agreed and guess what I got blocked. No apology nothing just a crap email saying about an electrical fault again she knew about this weeks ago, had she had posted a tik tok apologising she wouldn't have angry customers. Everytime she does someone over she posts a tiktok about mental health or adhd to make people feel sorry for her. Looking at all these reviews are shocking. She's litrally made money of scamming people and those are the people that made her who she thinks she is today. Drives a clapped out pink range (vouge) wears eyelashes that could make pigs fly and eyeballs that resemble the lady that holds a Guinness world record for popping them out! Rude!! There will be a day when this lavish lifestyle she's seems to have will come crashing down and its her own fault for scamming so many people.

Brief synopsis:

Paid for a zoom class, they invalidated the link, made up excuses, lied about being online waiting for people to turn up (even after staff were made aware of issues 25 mins prior) then said a recorded zoom will be sent out, have lied about this, lied about a recording having been done and said it had been sent to people then to say a week later they’re waiting for the recording to be done and then will be sent to people, lied about it being done and uploaded again… oh and throughout all of this comments were deleted from their FB group page, images removed, and the group was put into a mode where no comments or communication can be made twice.

There were over 300 people on this course and that’s £3k -6k they have taken without anyone receiving what they have paid for… 10 days later and still waiting!

Ordered a zoom masterclass that was meant to be recorded. Didn’t receive recording to then be told it didn’t work. Instead I got sent a pdf of a Canva presentation that was not the masterclass and something I could have googled. Requested a refund as I was not at fault. No refund, no reply to my emails and therefore I requested refund at first anonymously on her Facebook page, however she replied with my name and publicly making my identity clear. This then invited her ‘community’ to attack me for asking for a refund. When I tried to make any reply I was quickly blocked. I emailed her personally as the responses were bullying and harassment, with some of her community even stalking my own business website. I still have no refund or any response to my emails. Avoid at all costs! This woman is not what she makes out to be.

Only giving 1 stat as can’t give less ordered in April order was cancelled 8 weeks later we are now in September no refund no replies and deletes any social media comments asking about said refund absolute scam artist if you ask me don’t use ever

I have ordered from here the last two Christmas’ (reminder that it is the busiest time of year for ANY business) and both times I have had efficient delivery, updates all sent and received and HIGH quality items that people who presents were for are still using them to this day! Well done Paige and team!! 🤍

An absolutely amazing customer service team. the quality of their products and the designs are something never seen before, this small business definitely deserves more positive recognition then what it gets. Paige and her team are hard working and definitely have a good thing going in my books

Have ordered on a number of occasions from paige when she worked from her little home.
Cannot fault any of the items, had a few teething issues which were all sorted with postage....

Do not buy! Placed an order, was told it was placed & sent. It never arrived so I queried it, was apologised to & told there was a delay but it would be sent. It never came, I questioned again & then got a "your order is cancelled with no refund" I have tried since to get a refund & have been ignored! Avoid!!

Would rate zero if I could do I placed an order early April for it to then get cancelled by Paige herself in June yes June over 2 months after I ordered but no refund issued so I eventually did a dispute with my bank who got me my money bank only for this company to try and take it back it’s stealing you didn’t give me the item I ordered so don’t be trying to take the money back once the bank have issued it to me I’ve the emails stating you cancelled so I’ll keep fighting this and go as far as I need trading standards if I need to

Products are awful (when you get them of course) she's to busy being on tiktok 24/7 moaning about life, her mental health, showing you her stupid "new nails", and her cringey "famous" pathetic starbucks drink. She's a liar, she's pathetic and horrible inside and out. She makes out she cares about women and spent 60,000 on a "safe place" when there is nothing safe about it. She's takes drugs. You only have to look at her tiktoks just to see what kind of person you will be associating yourself and your hard earned money with. AVOID AVOID AVOID for your own sake.

This girls behaviour and attitude is disgusting and rude.
My first of two orders placed arrived with parts missing, and a poor finish quality. No response regarding this. second order was already in the system before i realised the issues or wouldnt of re-ordered. second order was randomly cancelled by her and refund not issued!! She deletes all comments on her behind the trend socials when you try and reach our and blanks you via email. advocates being a girls girl but she takes money from mothers with young children who dont have much just trying to treat them! Uses these profits from people she has scammed to open an events shop that dosent actually require making lowly orders anymore that shes clearly too superior to do, just filming ridiculous tiktoks all day practising how to be more narcisstic than she already is! (she forgets the tumbler orders is what gave her the lavish lifestyle shes now bragging about) absolute joke! dont give this d**khead a single penny of your hard earned money. She will come unstuck. Looks like shes done this to hundreds of customers not just me. Immoral

Damn I should have read these reviews!
Wanted so hard to support a great small business, put my order in May, waited a month without saying anything, emailed went onto the live chat sent messages through TikTok comments on Tik tok more emails and haven’t heard anything then an email saying my orders been cancelled by my request and I’ve been refunded. I didn’t request anything it was a gift for my daughter’s birthday which is now in a week and she won’t have a cup she’s been asking for. So so disappointed, guess it’s only the positive reviews she’s posts on her website!

Waited nearly 2 months, only just got response last week after trying many times. Told will get tracking number in 4 days, didn't get one, my order was cancelled by them 2 days after that. Shame really!! I would recommend probably buying elsewhere

I placed an order at the beginning of February, email stated 14 day turn around, March came and I messaged on the chat for the next 3 weeks waiting for a reply, finally got given a tracking number which stated it was waiting for the seller to take to them, it stayed this way for 2 weeks. No response on the chat. So I claimed it back through my bank. I thought I'd try again as these things happen. Ordered start of May, June came, I asked for an update, was told to wait another week, messaged again as still no tracking number given. I then had a notification my order was cancelled and a refund sent with no explanation. The second order was made after purchasing a ticket for the live event, guaranteed to win something free, so I purchased what I'd won, paid delivery. Then this was refunded but I'm still out of pocket as the ticket I purchased to win a guaranteed prize wasn't refunded so I'm at a loss as the 'prize' was never sent.

First order I made was the in May and I received that within the 2 week time frame. Order another one for my partner on the 3rd of June as I really liked mine. It’s now the 25th of June and still haven’t received it and haven’t even received an email back.Very poor customer service which is a shame because the product is amazing but not worth waiting a month to actually receive it

*update 26th June I’ve just received a notification that my order has been cancelled and refunded which I hadn’t been told was happening all I asked was a estimate of when it will be sent! Not happy at all!
