had jake and martin round the last 2 days fitting all new windows and doors to my bungalow and they were 2 of the nicest guys you could have in your house.job was done to a high grade of professionalism and it was exactly what i wanted having been in the building trade myself.cant fault anything they did from fitting to cleaning up after themselves

Excellent service from this Company.
I required a full set of windows which I divided into to 2 sets of work, which the Company was happy to do.
All the staff I dealt with were very professional and the fitters in particular were very friendly and hard working and were very good at cleaning up afterwards making an easy time for me - so very pleased I choose HOMESURE
In fact I have now asked them to do front and kitchen doors and Patio sliding door

Martin and Jake were super efficient and very polite. Their work was exemplary.
They were focused and took time to do the extra points eg. Flushing and trimming the door frames. You really wouldn't know they had been working on front and back door and window frame. I'm delighted. Thank you.

The two men who installed our windows were efficient, polite and friendly. The final job looks very professional. We were a bit nervous about spending so much money but it probably had to be done and we consider it to be a good investment for the future.

Having previously experienced window replacement with another Company in my previous home, I decided to go with Homesure after reading their reviews . Got to say I was not disappointed .

From the agents coming out to sign me up to Jake and Martin doing the manual

The windows themself changed the whole look of the rooms where installed .

This company is highly recommended, we had new windows and front door fitted, the experience was absolutely perfect, the fitter's Martin and Jake were exceptional, they were well mannered and polite, they left our home clean and tidy, I cannot thank them enough. Well done Martin and Jake.

Duncan and Julian were great guys living on a old persons residential block nothing was too much trouble polite and courtious all the time
Sam and Jamie great guys the same as above both set of guys cleared up all mess not that there was a lot all rubbish taken away which keeps duty manager and other residence off my back
We had a little problem but staff in office were quick to sort it out well done to all involved

The whole process was easy got the windows and doors fitted in two days by Jamie and Sam they were very tidy and did an amazing job I am very pleased with the results and would recommend this company .

I had my windows n door fitted on 17.3 26 they look very nice and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Installation, was great the crew arrived on time both days. They were working non stop no distractions like mobile phones. Explained what they were doing and when they were doing it so I could plan my day as to which room they were going to be in. Great clean up no mess left. I am very pleased with my new windows and front door.

I HAVE HAD NINE WINDOWS AND ONE DOOR FITTED BY HOMESURE AND AM VERY HAPPY. PATRICK AND LUKE WERE VERY POLITE AND ALSO VERY HARD WORKING. THEY DIDN'T EVEN STOP FOR A LUNCH BREAK. MY CONSERVERTORY IS LOVELY AND I SIT IN THERE EVERY DAY. I CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The fitters were extremely tidy in their work. Absolutely no mess left.
Extremely pleased with the outcome I had all the windows as well as back and front doors replaced. Excellent job.

From start of the initial quoting to finish, I couldn't fault this company in any way. Julian and Douglas were absolutely amazing and are a credit to your company. My windows look amazing and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

The fitters came on time , very polite, kept us informed if any issues, kept it clean and tidy

This company uses an agency who cold-call random numbers to try to get leads. The agency uses an AI agent. They use fake inbound numbers. They call people who are registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

This sort of behaviour should not be condoned. Avoid using Homesure.

I originally posted this review on 10 February.

TrustPilot contacted me say that Homesure are claiming that I have posted the review against the wrong company.

I am certain that it was Homesure that contacted me. I spoke to two different people who identified themselves as being from Homesure. A salesman called me from her mobile and gave me her name. I called Homesure on the landline number published on their website. The woman who answered the landline confirmed that the salesman who contacted me works for Homesure.

I'm glad to see that Homesure now accept responsibility for using an agency that cold calls people who are registered with the TPS, after initially trying to claim that I had reviewed the wrong company.

Unfortunately, it is impossible for consumers to identify the agency involved as they use fake telephone numbers and refuse to identify themselves when asked.

I would not do business with any company that tries to get customers this way.

Excellent service, start to finish. The salesperson Andrew was very informative and helped us make the best decision for our situation, Mark kept us updated throughout, Julian and the team were all very friendly and worked around our young family. Amazing customer service, great quality, highly recommend.

We had 6 window repaced excellent service. Excellent team from sales representative, surveyor,and installers highly knowledgeable many thanks to Sam and Jamie friendly and expertly installed cleaned up after themselves. Very helpful could not have asked for a better couple of installers.would recommend this company to anybody looking for new windows.
