SCAM! with WOKE agenda! you pay shipping for an AI generated E-BOOK!

This is a complete scam!!! They make you believe you are getting an actual book. I paid, even entered shipping details then received an email saying my purchase is ready for download!
Paid £13, I want a refund!

Complete scam, they make you feel you are buying a book and you pay shipping fee but you just receive a download!!!

Like every one else has said, they make it look like you’re buying a book, charge you shipping then get an email with a download.

Makes it seem like you are getting a physical book but it ends up being a download!

This company is very misleading! I thought I was receiving a physical book and was charged $5.95 for shipping. I then received an email saying my order was fulfilled and ready for download. I never would have bought this had I realized what a scam it was, and I ended up paying over $20 for something I could have looked up for free.

I was lead to believe that I was receiving a physical book. I did pay$5.95 shipping for it. However, what I received were digital books. I’m giving 3 stars because while yes I was mislead, I did still receive the materials I asked for. Just in digital form. They will still help where I needed them to help. Just not in the physical book form that I thought I was getting.

Went on there saw the free download!!! It too me to a page was £5 delivery, adding item. In my basket tried to remove them it wouldn't... Click off the page... Been charged £10!!!!! Nothing received!!!!!!. No conformation email!!!!!!!

This fraud business should be reported.
I was charged twice , I have easily numerous since August 24, I had 2 different order number, they charged delivery , which is a fraud saying physical books but downloaded resources.
Please report to Action Fraud and US federal trade Commission at econsumer.gov
Report to your bank.
This people have not returned my money bavk and charged me twice and keep delaying and delaying andyou can't even send email .

The fact I have to give it one star is disappointing. Scam! You order a physical book that says it will be delivered along with digital content but the actual puberty guide can't be tracked unless you upload an app that requires you to agree to tracking your information and uploading your email. So its really just trying to force you to give them access to your data and email in order to sell and advertise it, which in turn they gain significant profit.

At the time of purchase, it was my understanding that I was buying physical books. However, after completing the transaction, I was provided with digital downloads instead.

The product description was unclear and did not adequately communicate that the items were digital. This lack of transparency constitutes misleading information and, as such, I believe the items were mis-sold.

I have sent an email asking for a refund but obviously had no reply! Avoid at all costs!!

I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought! Digital download for £5 postage fee 🤯 didn’t get half the ones I’d paid for and when you email them, they ignore you. Complete scam and waste of money

I ordered this twice (my dumb idea) so I ended up paying around $16 for, yes, a bunch of downloadable content EXCEPT the main thing I ordered, as others have said. There is no such download as "Puberty for Boys," only for girls. I have sent 3 e-mails, and though their page says they will respond within 24 hours, I have not received a single response.

I had the exact same experience the other reviewer had. Paid for shipping and got a digital download for the wrong gender. I ordered boy and got girl. No responses. I'll be disputing the charges if I don't hear back. They have money for aggressive adverts.

It’s not a book like the ad suggests, It’s a digital download. They charge £4 delivery????? And I was sent the wrong thing and no one is responding to me.
