After 6 years of use, the motor of the washing machine died.
We tried to use our 10y waranty on the motor but not possible, BEKO cant access to the files older than 2024.
Technician came and said we have to pay over 200 eur, the price for a better machine.
Result, the machine to the trash.
No one could help after several emails and calls.
I dont recommand.
I have no problem with the product, only with the customer service. It takes two weeks and a half weeks to schedule a thecnician ! Un exepable for service.
