We bought the tall freezer with a large internal capacity, it’s perfect for us you can easily see everything on the shelves it runs quiet. It was a very good price and excellent delivery.

38 decibels turned out to be 45-48. Sounded terrible . We could hear it in the lounge with the doors closed.
Delivery men were excellent, on time and super friendly .

Not impressed with the accuracy of the thermostat. Freezer set for about -18*C but hunts between -13*C and -23*C. As freezer door unopened for days, one would expect a fairly constant temperature.

Fantastic machine! Easy to use, good functionality and quieter than our old machine. Sometimes the touch panel is not sensitive to touch, you just have to make sure you press in the right place but overall a brilliant machine.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very nice to speak to someone who wasn’t based abroad and hard to understand ! Not that I’m in any way racist but the language barrier can make things very difficult.
Thanks for making sure the oven trays got sent to us as soon as they were back in stock.

Easy to programme and half load function/quick wash useful. My only criticism is it came with an instruction booklet in French. I found it in English online but even then still don’t know what the symbols mean on led screen. Gradually working it out but very poor instructions! Thankfully I’d had a dishwasher before.

Nice machine, quiet and efficient. So far so good. Great delivery and installation.

Compaird with our last machine it is ten times better.

Awful experience, they sent out a guy to instal cooker who didnt raise it or make it level. Saucepans are sliding off the hob. Will never use this company again after using them for years.

We have tried to order a Beko robotic vacuum from their website without success.

The website itself won’t proceed to payment and gets stuck in a loop. Having called their support / Beko shop their advice didn’t work and when I called back I was advised to try a retailer. It’s amazing that that the Beko shop is unable to place an order

Totally appalling and unable to buy their appliance, I’ll have to look for an alternative manufacturer. If Beko wish to sell products, sort the website and upskill their support to actually help customers.

Delivery, installation and removal of defunct fridge/freezer was done efficiently and without fuss.
So far, performance has been as expected - very good.
Glad we chose a device with protection from icy temperatures, as it had to be situated in an unheated garage. Beko is one of only a few manufacturers who can offer this valuable service - thank you.

I ordered a replacement built
in dishwasher, the Beko model I bought was very reasonably priced. Having installed and used it daily for a few weeks now, I found it to be a good purchase. It isn't quite as fancy an item as the one it replaced but is a functional utilitarian machine, more than capable of doing what I purchased it to do.
So far, I have no issues whatsoever and would recommended the brand to anyone who wants a reasonably priced and functional machine.
Highly recommended.
