This is my second Beko washing machine. I only replaced the old one after 9 years, as I was having the kitchen refurbished. It's easy to use, quiet and does a quick 28 minute wash which is perfect for everyday items.

It was sold to us with all the information that we asked for and it truly worked the way it was described to us.

Exactly as described. Brilliant freezer just what I needed. Plenty of room and easy to use.

I am very disapointed in my beko washing machine. Every wash overruns by at least 30 minutes. If not an hour. the range of washes are poor, and the scheduling timer is not by any means smart.

The fridge freezer looks good and is working. But I can't give an honest review until it is a few years old. The warranty is only for one year, and it's a lot of money to expect customers to replace their fridge freezer each year, so I am hoping it will still work after many years.

Easy to use and the dryer

So far the fridge and freezer appear to be doing what a fridge freezer is supposed to do. It is fit for purpose and a good size.

I lived at home when around 15 years ago my parents bought a Beko washing machine and a frost free fridge freezer, which were both reliable and problem free. So when I needed to purchase these items for my own home, I had no hesitation in choosing Beko. So far they are both working well and even though I was expecting good quality items they seem to have been refined and now not only do they look a little sleeker are also now quieter than they were (the fridge freezer is so quite I had to check it was actually working at first!). The washing machine has digital controls and good range of washing programmes, with time duration and countdown of chosen programme, which I find really helpful- and the drum has a heart pattern throughout, which is a fun touch that I love! So, great items even better than they were 15 years ago and still very reasonably priced. If Beko made a wider variety of products, I would only ever buy Beko

So far the dishwasher is good and works well.
I purchased it and had it installed through an independent retailer who did an excellent job.

Along with my Beko Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine I now have a Beko Cooker. Very pleased with it, well built and easy to use.
For me Beko products are and have been brilliant and will continue to buy them as and when needed.

The delivery was made on time and it was connected promptly

Great product at a great price

Having lived with an under counter fridge it is great to be able to open the door and see everything. I love the dairy drawer and the vegetable drawer is a very good size.

My fridge freezer hasn't been holding temperature well and I was going around the houses with a&o and beko and on the second call back to beko I had superb service from a guy called Roy who understood my issue especially after 14 months of having fridge freezer and didn't fob me off with the 12 month guarantee like ao.com did. So should get a fix next week. Also his manner was fantastic and actually lifted my mood. So I hope his bosses are reading this and give Roy recognition.

Separate note ... I had beko fridge freezer for over 25 years .. so obviously was disappointed this newer one wasn't as good. I think the build quality of my 50 50 ff is not as good as my previous one too (white glue marks showing behind the seals as an example) the freezer section way smaller than it looks on outside. The temperature was always iffy lowest was 5 I can get it on a good day (7 to 11 degrees on a bad or warmer day) even though I had dial set on 4 and regularly clean behind fridge as im a clean freak lol

Great fridge freezer. Easy to access the fridge at eye height. Lots of space inside fridge. Freezer is quite small but I value a larger fridge area
