Nice looking machine , a lot quieter than previous machine , all going well today . Tend too use 1 program all the time at present, plenty of other options when I should need them . Had a few Beko products , all seem good

Would have given 5 stars but no electrical cable was supplied for the gas hob ignition.

Good Hob and safety cut off if gas is on without the flame.

- Keeps food cool... Is much quieter than our last fridge freezer.
Not many complaints. Would prefer the bottle shelf/s to be lower.

Efficient and intelligent , it alters the time to make sure washing dry.

We ordered Beko American style fridge freezer from Curry’s the freezer was fine but the fridge would not reach below 9 degrees and we started losing food through this. We contacted Beko who had the item picked up. We then got the same Beko American style fridge freezer and the same thing happened with the temeraturd of the fridge struggling to get below 9 degrees, again we lost food and contacted Beko to have the item collected. I then had to get another fridge freezer but not a Beko as I lost faith in your products after this. On both occasions the American fridge freezers were left off for over 4 hours after delivery as per drivers instructions to let gasses settle. To have a problem with one item is bad but to have the same issue with two items from Beko. I lost over £50 pounds worth of fresh food I had to throw out due to temperature problem with your fridge part of your American style fridge freezers. I’m so disappointed with Beko of the time and money lost getting a fridge freezer that works.

Bought as a replacement as my 15 yr old Beko washer had broken. I opted for a higher spin to old one. I am very pleased with new one. Easy to install has lots of different features, short cycle can adjust spin speed. Easy to understand and looks good in black. Would recommend to anyone who needs a washer. Price was pretty good, value for money.delivery was within 3 days and driver was friendly.

Had the washer 4 months and engineer been out twice and replaced suspension rods, not good and extremely disappointed, beko won't replace the washer until a 3rd visit and then they'll come up with another excuse, come on beko sort it out

It's a good oven, but it's really not clear in the instructions how to choose between the conventional oven and the air-fry option.
There's nothing online to demonstrate this feature either for our model.

Great value for money. Prrforms really well and much better than previous one that cost more than double. Really easy to keep clean. Very minor issues that i’m sure I’ll get used to. The clock is red and I find it difficult to read and the alarm is very quiet even on full. But it still got 5 stars.

My new fridge freezer is the first product I've bought from Beko and I'm very happy with it. Stylish and quiet. I can definitely recommend Beko.

They replaced a faulty machine with no fuss. The replacement is excellent so far.

I have had this fridge freezer since December and it has never worked properly. I have reported and already had a visit to tell me they need to order parts. I’m now being told they cannot attend for another10 days as there are no engineers in this area. I am really struggling with a fridge that will now not go below 19 degrees. Really unhappy so far…..They next visit that I am told may not fix it anyway will be over a month from first reporting it faulty.

Washes clothes perfectly with lots of programs to choose from and with a quick wash option that you can add. Best washing machine I’ve had.
