Machine broke after 4 months flooding…
Machine broke after 4 months flooding kitchen, was told new part would be up to 4 weeks, they wouldn’t change it even though 6 month rule under customer service states fault must have been there from purchase . I was happy to have a quick repair but not waiting a month. Thankfully Curry’s were more understanding and swapped it for a hotpoint. The part did come through quicker to be fair. My model was made in China and not Turkey where Bekos usually come from . Check the label!!

Machine arrived filthy
Machine arrived filthy, and I didn't have time to clean it before it was installed.
Instructions booklet isn't clear enough, and I've had to guess a few things.
Not sure if this machine will wash at 60 degrees, or not.
I like its quick wash cycle, and the little tune it plays at the end of a wash.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful - beyond awful. Washing machine is only 5 months old, issue with the seal, appointment to fix it under guarantee cancelled on the day three times now, over a month waiting. Washing machine can’t be used in the meantime, and we’re a household with young children under 5yrs old.
Terrible, poor quality machine, guarantee means nothing, company doesn’t care, total incompetence when things go wrong. AVOID.
