FAULTY Dishwasher delivered
BEKO SLIMLINE DISHWASHER
I ordered a Sharp slimline dishwasher in November 2024, the delivery was delayed and when they did decide to deliver it, Currys damaged it in transit and was asked to order another dishwasher at the same or bit more price.
We then ordered the Beco dishwasher,
I am so disappointed with Beko slimline dishwasher DVS04X20S7682453835, with Currys and Beko customer service, we received it on 21st December, we then had to get the kitchen cupboard taken out so the dishwasher can be fitted, which took longer than expected, due to Christmas, and personal issues, we then had it fitted end of February 2025, it malfunctioned on the first empty run.
Currys suggested to ask a Beko engineer to fix the dishwasher
1. Beko engineer came out looked at it and said curry needs to replace and didn't leave a reference number
2. Curys would not replace the machine due to 28 days had passed since we purchased it
3. Beko Engineer came out again, he said it needed a circuit board replaced, he ordered the part taking another 2 weeks
4. Beko engineer replaced the circuit board was replaced and it didn't work, no water coming into the machine, the water inlet pump will need to be replaced, and the part will need to be ordered, which took another 2 weeks
5. water inlet pump was replaced, and the dishwasher still did not work, Beko engineer said Currys need to replace the dishwasher, ref 204198775,
The replacement dishwasher has still not arrived, it is now 17th April 2025. They said it would be delivered on 19th April 2025, but we have had no notification about the delivery so still unsure if it would be delivered.
We are still stuck with a dud Beko dishwasher which is broken from day one
I rang Beko customer service and was told that the manager would ring me back within 48 hours and I am still waiting for the call 2 weeks later. Ref-204204860
I cannot believe that we have been messed about so much by Currys and Beko for the last 5 months, they don’t seem to care.
I want the dishwasher, and I think Currys should install it free and should compensate me for stress and the trouble they gave caused me.
