Beko Tumble Dryer

The Beko tumble dryer works well .It is very efficient on energy use. It has many drying programmes to suit all your drying requirements. The filters are easy to reach and clean as is the water tank which is at high level and easy to access

Absolute DISGRACE!

Absolute DISGRACE!! 1 HOUR !!!! on hold and still waiting..... been transferred 3 times to different departments. "I can't do that here." What the hell do they actually do ! I would like the replacement part before christmas !!! Are there that many BEKO's breaking across the country !! Honestly customer service must be on below minimum wage dor their appauling service, they don't give a monkeys !!

I am trying to buy a replacement hot plate which in my opinion shouldn't have broken in the first place within months it had been scratched and yes I was using the right surface cleaners and saucepans and now it has cracked a cross across the whole middle of the plate !! This is the sevrice you get when you are paying for the damn replacement, that i can't find anywhere else !!
Trading standards need to whoop you stupid butts! Absolutely DISGUSTING.. and over 80% BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS!!!

Would give a zero 6 weeks ok washing…

Would give a zero 6 weeks ok washing machine started smoking took 3 days for engineer refused a new machine said I would have to speak to beko 4 transfers later yes 4 every time had to do dpa and explain not one apology not one bit of understanding my frustration. Refusing a new machine gonna take another 5 days for parts and engineer! Told of o want a new machine have to go through Wren who we purchased it from

Was delivered a Beko fridgefreezer had…

Was delivered a Beko fridgefreezer had for 2 weeks iced up. Engineer wrote off. Beko directly delivered exchange which was damaged delivery. The delivery people Hotpoint delivery advised needed to call beko. They said we don't do that one obsolete have since offered two different one too wide other capacity of freezer 30% less than my one. So I refused both and 17 calls and 9 emails still not agreed replacement so I currently have damaged appliance they offered despite being obsolete and stopped communicating every time call they keep me on phone 50 mins either put through to hotpoint delivery who don't have delivery for me or cut me off still on going.

BEKO- MY WORST KITCHEN APPLIANCE

MY WORST KITCHEN APPLIANCE-A BEKO FRIDGE FREEZER-DO NOT BUY-DOORS HAVE NO SUCTION,THE RUBBER COMES AWAY FROM THE DOORS EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APPLIANCE-THE WORST KITCHEN APPLIANCE I HAVE EVER OWNED-NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE,EVERY TIME I OPEN THE FRIDGE/FREEZER DOOR,THE RUBBERS FALL OUT,THERE IS A GAP WHEN EITHER DOOR IS CLOSED,SO OBVIOUSLY NOT DOING THEIR JOB,I HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR PAYMENT FOR A REPAIR AS IAM OUT OF WARRENTY.VERY VERY VERY BAD BUY.

I contacted Beko customer service and…

I contacted Beko customer service and was told an engineer would be coming. I then received a message saying the engineer would arrive the following day between 9am and 5pm. I took a day off work to be home, and nobody showed up. No one called to say they were running late, rescheduling, or cancelling — nothing.

To make matters worse, getting through to the right person to arrange this repair took five separate phone calls. I had to explain the same issue to three different people before finally being connected to the correct department.

And now they have the audacity to ask me for a review — even though no one ever turned up to look at my oven. I’m extremely upset and disappointed.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will never buy anything from Beko again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them as well. It’s just not worth the hassle.

FAULTY Dishwasher delivered

BEKO SLIMLINE DISHWASHER

I ordered a Sharp slimline dishwasher in November 2024, the delivery was delayed and when they did decide to deliver it, Currys damaged it in transit and was asked to order another dishwasher at the same or bit more price.
We then ordered the Beco dishwasher,
I am so disappointed with Beko slimline dishwasher DVS04X20S7682453835, with Currys and Beko customer service, we received it on 21st December, we then had to get the kitchen cupboard taken out so the dishwasher can be fitted, which took longer than expected, due to Christmas, and personal issues, we then had it fitted end of February 2025, it malfunctioned on the first empty run.

Currys suggested to ask a Beko engineer to fix the dishwasher
1. Beko engineer came out looked at it and said curry needs to replace and didn't leave a reference number
2. Curys would not replace the machine due to 28 days had passed since we purchased it
3. Beko Engineer came out again, he said it needed a circuit board replaced, he ordered the part taking another 2 weeks
4. Beko engineer replaced the circuit board was replaced and it didn't work, no water coming into the machine, the water inlet pump will need to be replaced, and the part will need to be ordered, which took another 2 weeks
5. water inlet pump was replaced, and the dishwasher still did not work, Beko engineer said Currys need to replace the dishwasher, ref 204198775,
The replacement dishwasher has still not arrived, it is now 17th April 2025. They said it would be delivered on 19th April 2025, but we have had no notification about the delivery so still unsure if it would be delivered.
We are still stuck with a dud Beko dishwasher which is broken from day one
I rang Beko customer service and was told that the manager would ring me back within 48 hours and I am still waiting for the call 2 weeks later. Ref-204204860
I cannot believe that we have been messed about so much by Currys and Beko for the last 5 months, they don’t seem to care.
I want the dishwasher, and I think Currys should install it free and should compensate me for stress and the trouble they gave caused me.

I bought a Beko washing machine model…

I bought a Beko washing machine model WDL742431W in September 2024 and used it for 2 months before it started having issues. I contacted the company and complained and they sent another replacement through the retailer that I bought it from, Power City. It was replaced in December 2024. I started using the laundromat regularly so as not to put the new washing machine under stress but by February 2025. It had developed the same issue as the last one. The cycle runs but it doesn’t drain out water and so the door of the machine cannot be opened. I think this product has a factory fault and should be recalled.

My washing machine, in Umbria, under warranty has broken down, I cannot get in contact with you and am very disappointed that your service levels are so poor.

I bought in December 2021 a washing…

I bought in December 2021 a washing machine of Beko. In May 2022, the washing machine broke down. Since then, I have tried to contact Beko to have the washing machine repaired, but I get no response at all! I have never experienced such a bad company. Do not buy Beko appliances because it will break down and then no one will come to repair it!

Update: It is now Juni 2023. Yesterday they would finally change the broken washing machine for a new one. But they didn't show up....

1,5 year I'm waiting now, unbelievable!
