I have Beko products

I have Beko products, oven,hob, freezer,fridge and washing machine that have lasted for years.Hence l trust they are such good reliable products and my favourite brand and such a reasonable price.

I purched a new beko washing machine on…

I purched a new beko washing machine on 16/8/22 and it was ok unti,l about 6 months agowhen it started to get noisy when it was spinning ,it gradually got worse until it started leaking water ,I phone beko and was told if i was willing to pay over 200 euros they would get someone to repair it.I looked at it myself and the bottom counter weight broken all over the floor and it had busted the plastic drum so we had to sendit to the local dump .£343 pounds lasted 43 months .would not recommend beko to anyone.

I will NEVER buy Beko again!!!

I once was a HUGE Beko advocate! I will now NEVER buy Beko again!!! 6 months without a freezer! Unit was replaced 3 times, each time the total contents of the freezer was destroyed! Beko's after sales procedures and policies are just simply unworkable.

Terrible Customer Service for vulnerable customers

My elderly mother in law is having a problem with her cooker which is only 2 years old. She has made several attempts to contact customer service, being left on hold for 30/45 minutes with no one answering the phone.
There is no other way to contact Beko to look for assistance other than a phone number that is never answered. We have gone to the where the cooker was purchased and they had advised her to contact Beko. Unsure what else to do now

Appalling Customer Service

I would give no stars or minus stars if possible. Appalling customer service and very disappointed in the cooker I purchased last year. In good faith I took out appliance insurance and on being promoted and encouraged by Beko staff I extended the insurance to 24 months. A few weeks ago the inner glass door from the main oven shattered in my son’s hands when he was inserting it back into place. He was very lucky he wasn’t injured. Initially Beko customer service couldn’t find our file even though we have been paying an insurance premium to them for last 14 months. Eventually after hours of phone calls and being passed back and forth between the uk and Ireland they found the file. However after wasting in excess of 3 hours of my husband’s time they admitted we were indeed insured for replacement of the glass but said we would have to order and pay for it ourselves before they would reimburse us! We decided to just suck it up lose the insurance premium we had already paid and go ahead and pay for replacement ourselves. Only one problem Beko could not supply the part! Eventually I had to order it on eBay. I would never purchase from this company again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

Your product is rubbish

Your product is rubbish, had to call a service engineer within the first month for the dryer as burning the clothes, apparently fixed, gave up just put half a load on every time and monitored it. Clothes always smelt mouldy and burnt at the same time. 2 years later it went on fire

Absolutely terrible appliances

Absolutely terrible appliances. Bought a cooker, fan broke twice within a few months. The 2nd time the engineer came out and said he needs a part. Two weeks now without a cooker, no help from them and even though I am paying monthly for parts and whatever. My advice is dont ever buy beko, terrible appliances, terrible service. They keep putting the date back, I have a cooker not even a year old that doesn't work. No managers available to speak to. Customer service told me i had the wrong date but i had it in an email. Absolutely terrible way to run a business.
