I would put 0 stars if I could I have 3 jars that I am not able to use all unopened one in the envelope still, I have asked for their return address and a refund and they have refused to give it to me and ignored my emails. I had a break out with this product, all it does is turn youf skin pink would not recomend at all!!!
Wouldnt even give it away, they claim 30 day return guarantee and send it back if you are not satisfied. After 7 emails nothing and its not cheap!

At 22 November I had ordered one face cream from Belavola. I received the cream and that's fine. The cream was not what I wished as it is a jelly and felt sticky on my face, but its fine, it was my decision. Later on on December I got nudged on several messages from the company to pay my next cream on "my subscription", which was not the case. I answered one of their messages, that I had not subscribed for anything else, it was just one cream, I paid for it and everything was in order for both parties. Today I see in my account transaction for another cream and a message that the cream is being shipped to me. Even if I was wrong when I first ordered the product, my message to clear up that I did not subscribe and I did not wish more of the products, should have been taken in consideration and stop asking for further payments. I consider this as a scam and unacceptable!

Ordered on 28 November and still 40 days later the order has not arrived in Romania. Not only the late delivery, but the client service is poor and also they continue to tell you that you have to pay for a 2nd order and only after that, you need to let them know if you want to cancel the subscription or continue with it. The order comes from China, although they say they are based in USA. Don't get fooled!
