My ordered number 1615283159 seems to not be shipped at all. They have in their website the times that it supposed to take the product to arrive, but I can’t track my item and these guys don’t reply my emails. I am starting to think that they just stole my money

I ordered items from Belenik on December 18th, 2020. I did not receive my parcel and the company did not return my money. I am upset by such a terrible service... Strongly Dont RECOMMEND to orcer something unless you want to lose your money :(

Great wide variety of products and brands. Have fair prices compared with local prices in European cosmetic brands here in Saudi Arabia and Emirates
I chose DHL, which was the faster shipping option and my package arrives after 8 natural days once I've placed the order. The products arrive in excellent condition.
I would suggest making a mini inquiry for better understanding about which is our focus interest as customers, so you can send the product's tester available in your online store, everything in order we can in our next purchases include new products in that we are really interested because we got experienced it through the tester. That especially in Saudi Arabia we can NOT get an experience of some products easily because they don't sell them here, so we get information online but not access to try the product.
Finally, I must say that at the end of the purchase will be better to advertise that there is still an extra amount to pay when the package will arrive because taxes are not included in the final amount did you pay on the web page once the order was placed. I will do purchase in Benelik again.

I already paid since Tuesday and the Friday they give me my guide in Correos de Mexico but when I try whit this reference the page said that doesn’t exist, nobody answer me in the e mails

The products are to the treatment of psoriasis that I already have and this stress caused by the fact if this page is real or fake doesn’t help me at all.

I would appreciate if you had atleast kept me informed about your action. I had a mail from you last on the 28th Feb 21 and another on the 14th March. What was I suppose to think?

Finally received my order, 11 weeks after placing it and after I already purchased the item that I needed somewhere else.

Very very bad customer service, tried to contact them on Instagram account , emails, and wrote reviews here and still getting no answers!! And they don’t even have a phone number!!! I need to know where is my order and why I haven’t received it yet! When I ordered it said it’ll takes about 5 days to be delivered but it’s been now TWO WEEKS!!!!! Could u just tell me when I will receive it or how can I cancel the order??? Never ordering again!!! You need to get a BETTER customer service and RESPOND to your CUSTOMERS.

I was worried when I saw some negative reviews, but very happy I tried Belenik. The prices were so much cheaper than anywhere else (half price is some cases). For piece of mind I paid on Paypal becuase of their purchase protection, and also chose to use the DHL shipping option, which turned out to be free because I spent over $200! The items were delivered less than a week after I ordered them

This is re order no. 1613193222 dated February 12,2021, very unreliable. have not received any confirmation or tracking number so far Feb 18, 2021.
Plse refund me for the amount of $76.27 which is including shipping amount for $21.00. Very very unreliable. I have also sent you messages through messenger but have Not received any reply. This makes me to think that you are a fake and scam site.
