DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM. Not a business a complete joke. Waiting for refund. Owner refusing to respond. Delivery is untrue says 1-5 days.. try weeks. 5 days alone for them to process payment altogether 2.5 weeks. Avoid at all costs

I've been a long time customer and recently had an experience that has changed that.

I used Biab for shipping my winter box from 3F. Long story short, I placed a couple of orders in addition to the 3F beers in hopes of maximizing the shipping space. All the boxes came included a 2x additional shipments of the 3F winter box with the last four remaining 750ml bottles of lambic that I ordered. I immediately called Kurt Verbiest because I realized someone would get shorted on two boxsets if I didn't return them. I arranged for a currier at my own expense to pick up the beers, and for them to be returned to his work and after more than a week after the parcel arrived he finally responded saying "1box was returned, but 4 bottles of 37.5 cl were taken out of their tubes.". I informed him that I removed the 750ml bottles that I had purchased and left the foam for extra padding. This was the last time Kurt Verbiest has responded to me(June 10th), he has not attempted to pay me back for fixing his shipping error or even come through will all the offers of making this worth my time.

The way he runs this business is appalling, and I had waited three months for him to answer my emails about added to my 3F shipment, I ended up calling him after 4+ emails went unanswered. The fact that I called him right after this order made the effort of boxing everything back up and having it returned on my dime and then ignored? He hasn't responded to texts, emails, calls, and at this point, I am writing this off as a good deed and sharing my experience, so others know who they are doing businesses.

Under present circumstances may take a bit longer for the order to arrive, I waited 18 days...which I didn't think was too bad. Absolutely well packaged, Antwerp to Hereford England and all intact, amazing packaging. Highly recommend and already got my next order in. 10/10 to Belguimina box...👍👍👍🍻

Great selection including some very good beer and glass sets, and prices are very competitive. It's true, customer service is a bit lacking - no replies to emails, and it did take 2.5 weeks to get to me in the U.K., but there is a Covid crisis on, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again.

I got excellent service (and beer!) from Belgiuminabox - after a last minute address change (because the unprecedented times) they went above and beyond to deliver a gift to its recipient in a quick turnaround. Fantastic beer selection, fast delivery times to UK as well as Finland and the beers came securely packed, couldn't have been happier! Great value for money, will be purchasing again :)

This really is a bad company with which to do business. I can only reaffirm all the recent comments about late delivery, broken bottles and nil communication. I've had the lot over the last few orders I've attempted with them. Its the lack of response to e-mails about the problems that really rankles, I've sent many and even translated into Dutch, but simply no reply. How can they simply ignore their paying customers?

I've used Belgium in a Box a few times in recent years and whilst not the quickest their prices made up for the wait so have been happy. However, my last order proved a trial. It took over a month to arrive and missed Christmas, unfortunately the courier broke some of the bottles too. All of this I would have forgiven if it wasn't for the fact that they have not yet responded to any my emails or replaced the broken items. Their Facebook page is full of customers with similar experiences. Such a shame, as I thought that I'd found a go to company for reasonably price Beglian beers, but I can't use them again now as the trust has gone and I'm out of pocket.

Have used them in the past and been good, albeit a little slow to ship, but this year I ordered on 7 December, finally given a tracking number over a week ago which simply says DPD are awaiting the goods. Still no sign and no responses to emails. In process of instigating a chargeback via Amex. Avoid! Edit: no comms but delivery eventually

Just a warning to possible customers. First off I am from the U.S. Tried placing an order several weeks (though with how long the process has dragged on, I wouldn't be if it was actually a couple of months) ago. Tracking seemed a bit shoddy. And ultimately the order was sent back. After SEVERAL emails over two accounts and a couple of weeks later, someone finally got in touch. No reason for what happened, but order was resent. Same thing happened again, but tracking was even more off and seems like it's even harder to get in touch with someone (even though I'd like to point out the automatic reply says you can expect a response by 24 hours). Currently waiting to hear back with someone and get my money back after this horrible ideal.

Very satisfied! Great prices, fast shipping and individual wrapping inside the package. A clear weight scale for the shipping cost.

Where to start, from the exceptional selection with fantastic prices, super cheap shipping (to the UK at least) with a clear weight scale so you can fill your box to make the most of your shipping bracket, the packaging is second to none! Each bottle individually wrapped in a double sheet of corrugated cardboard, the glassware wrapped in lots of bubble wrap and then in its own box, the main box lined with thick polystyrene sheeting.

There was an issue with one bottle being out of stock, discovered as they were packing the box, a quick email exchange and the recommended replacement was included and sent without any delay.

Kurt and the team have got a customer for life!

If you are looking for specific & hard to find Belgium craft beers then this is the place for you. And by hard to find, I mean hard to find in New Zealand. You can find a lot of ordinary Belgium beers in shops here, but not special editions like Duvel Bourbon Barrel Aged or La Trappe Oak Aged.

The website is easy to use... A persistent cart is always good to have. :) Shipping costs are indicated clearly. Each item's weight is listed so you know exactly how many items will fit in each shipping tier.

They ship via Bpost (Belgium Post) which is more expensive than the Dutch or German postal services, but they use its fast service. The parcel arrived in just 5 days (from Belgium to New Zealand). That's faster than the average e-shop in New Zealand.

And their packaging is the best. The parcel can be dropped, thrown onto a truck or plane but the bottles and glassware won't break. Each item is individually wrapped in thick protective sheets. Awesome.
