Dear Belgrade Airport Management,

I am writing to formally report an extremely negative experience that my family and I had with an individual claiming to be "the boss" of all the white taxis at the airport on August 7, 2025. Our taxi driver confirmed this man was indeed their taxi boss. While following all procedures, obtaining a taxi voucher, and loading our luggage into a standard white taxi, we were aggressively confronted by this person, who yelled at us and the driver, questioned our right to travel with our luggage, and used profane language telling us tourists to "F___ OFF."

This incident was upsetting and unwelcoming, especially for international visitors arriving in your city. The behavior of this individual does not represent the values or ambitions of Belgrade Airport’s customer service, nor does it reflect well on Belgrade as a destination.

I respectfully request that airport management investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure no further travelers encounter such mistreatment.

My experience with this company has been exceptional. From my email contacts with Dina to my contact with my driver, Stef - who was great, has been faultless. My flight was late but this made no difference and Stef (who was smartly dressed - as opposed to those taxi drivers waiting inside the airport) was there as I arrived to drive me directly to my hotel. He was very courteous and helpful. The car was very clean and there were no issues at all.
Highly recommended.

I first read about this company on Tripadvisor, but no reviews here yet. They were superb. Fast response to emails within 30 mins, direct Whatsapp to drivers/images of the car being used. Even accommodated a slight change of pick up location and time with very short notice (30 mins) when the meeting I was at ended early and in a different location from what I expected. Allowed me to pay in EUR with an upfront quote by email for both journeys. Car was airconditioned and clean.
