Absolutely Embarrassing

An absolute embarrassment of a 'developer'. Do not acquire or trust anything from these guys.

They did not allow any purchasers of their development in Manchester access for their mortgage applications. They effectively tied all buyers into a scam to take their 25% deposit.

We have also heard of other issues with another site of theirs.

I walked past the site they developed and the finishings were nothing short of embarrassing. To charge what they did and to then take and withhold the deposits, is nothing short of disgusting.
