Pillow magic
I work in mental health as an Integrative therapist so am always keen to try new ideas around supporting children with their mental health. This pillow is amazing. It really supports and encourages children to open up their feelings and emotions.
My daughter (aged 9) and I choose a question from each section. It’s so lovely to stop for 10 minutes after a busy day and really spend some time with her and hear how her day has been. It gives her the space and time to share how she is feeling and not in a rushed 1 minute window as we leave for school.
Since we’ve been using this pillow I’ve noticed a positive shift in her anxious thoughts and she goes to sleep happy and relaxed.

A game changer!
Such a great product. I have been using the PepTalk Pillow with my son and it’s been an absolute game changer by giving us a framework to discuss how he’s feeling and where he needs our support.
I feel less anxious about what he’s going through now he’s opening up and sharing more.
It’s been amazing! I can’t recommend the benefits of this enough.
