Got scammed my teenage daughter went for a texture release and Belinda didn’t do texture release, She put something different in her hair other than avlon, She tried to say my daughter was lying, But then she sent me the product she used on what’s app, Deleted it after but I took screenshots of the message, She contradicted herself, She didn’t use avlon she used a moouse which wasn’t a texture release, My daughter knew because she had a texture release done elsewhere and it wasn’t done the same way or same products used, My daughter found this very strange and reported it to me after, Her hair looked exactly the same, Belinda scammed me and my daughter out of £120, I will also be reporting this company as a scam, Stay away from this company they will book you in for treatments and won’t put the correct products in your hair for what you paid for, She did this to my young daughter because she thought my daughter wouldn’t know anything but little did she know she knew about texture release treatments.

Professional friendly and expert advice, my scalp has never felt better and my crochet braids lasted super long and installed without pain and tightness, was able to sleep 1st night perfectly!! Highly recommend

Great service! They were able to see my daughter last minute on the same day, which I truly appreciated. The stylist did an amazing job on her hair and was very gentle and patient especially important since my daughter is tender headed. The final look was fantastic, and everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

Belinda knows everything hair, she is attentive and always makes sure your needs are met and you leave her salon looking great.

I don’t usually say anything as the braids I had previously was poorly done, but I didn’t write a bad review. However this time I need too as I’m extremely disappointed.
The braids at the back of my hair are very loose, the weave is barely holding on.
Tbh it was poorly installed. Before the weave was sewn in my scalp wasn’t oiled after it was braided. Even though the other hairdresser asked “should I oil her hair” and the other hairdresser said “don’t bother!” It’s now left my scalp extremely dry and itchy. I did state It was my first time having a weave installed.

I can't fault my experience at the salon and my hair has never looked healthier. The transformation from what was a dry matted mess into the softest, silkiest hair I've ever had us testament to Bel's expertise. It was my first time going there, I got my hair in jumbo box braids, when the lady had finished my hair I looked in the mirror and it didn’t look it has just been done, I thought it was me, but when I got home I was told it doesn’t look up to standards how you usually get it. The next morning it looked a total mess, I immediately messaged the owner sending pictures, she blamed it on everything like texture of my hair, wrap my hair, use mousse, edge control. The whole head was a mes. I have been getting my hair braided for years who have always done a good job so I know how to care for my hair, the fact she said texture of hair is ridiculous. I asked for a 50% refund she offered £10 of my next treatment that costs over £10, I was not going back there. I took the braiding out two days later, I was so embarrassed on how it looks, she could have refunded back half the money. Do not was your time or money you will be disappointed I am still shock on how she handled it all.

My stylist provided me with first class service. She was determined to finish in a timely fashion and ensure my braids where don't to a high standard.

Very easy to communicate with the drawings are phenomenal. So quickly drawn with lots of details, all our guests were queuing for their pictures. All left feeling very happy. Mary is very polite and accommodating,

The staff were friendly, professional and the place was clean and very welcoming. Loved the bsckground music too, and my hair was done so beautifully. I loved the whole experience.
