I ordered a dress for my civil wedding. I ordered the wrong size but Belladress helped me out. They sent me the correct size in like 2 days or something and I sent them back the first dress. The dress is absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait to wear it. The shipping was also pretty fast, I didn’t expected.

Dress too big and of poor quality. Did not manage to return yet.
The dress did not match the measuring on the site at all. I bought an S which according to the measurement guide should have fit perfectly, but it was very big.
Also, the material was see through, you could easily notice the petticote. For a dress that expensive, I was very surprised of the poor quality of the material.
I am still trying to get in contact with them for the return but nobody answers the emails or the phone anymore. I have also paid for the transport costs for the return, but the forwarder cannot deliver it, as nobody is answering to them either.
