Very friendly staff and knowledgeable in their products. They give you ideas and recommendations to improve your projects. They have the best quality semi precious crystal beads. Also enjoyed the live sale on Mondays. Convenient, quick pick up.

Fast shipping, great quality.
I ordered 4 different kind of beads. 3 out of the 4 were exactly like I wanted. Right size, shape and color and the quality is better than any I've had before. The only reason I removed a star is the last kind that was ordered was supposed to be 8mm bead and I ended up receiving 9mm beads which are not a common size. I am not able to use them as they don't fit my bracelet patterns

I was happy with products
I was happy with products, just as described. Arrived in reasonably time frame. So far my gold plated beads have been holding up well, no discoloration after a couple of weeks of wear (note i do not wear in shower or to bed) and they are a true gold colour(10k gold tone). Stirling silver beads are nicely polished and also great quality. I will definitely order again. Thank you
