Lovely dress, pity the material had a flaw causing it to rip after one wear
The dress was lovely when it arrived, fitted really well, and was excellent on my post baby body. The service was excellent and the dress arrived when Bella Mama said it would.
I wore it once and had lots of positve comments.
When i wore it the second time, we found the material had split, and this appears to be from a flaw in the material. I am disapponited as it wasn't cheap, but I can no longer waear it.

A delayed response to a returned dress before Christmas, meant I was left without the dress over the Christmas period.
I was very disappointed with the delay in response when I returned a dress for a larger size before Christmas. it was only when I chased via mail that I received a response. Overall I find the dresses to be over priced and the quality very cheap. I would not recommend to a friend.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed not to receive the exchange dress before Christmas. We sent your original order via the expedited Airsure postal service to Ireland in order to ensure a swift delivery. Unfortunately the dress which you returned to us requesting an exchange for a different size was very delayed due to the Christmas post. We contacted you to let you know that the size you had requested was out of stock and would not be available until after Christmas. We also offered the dress in a different colour or a refund at that point as we could not guarantee the dress arriving until after Christmas.
Love Milk and Milk Nursingwear are two established ranges of clothing which we offer at Bella Mama. Both companies are proud of their fabric quality, style and price points, and I am sorry that you have been disappointed on this occasion.

Lovely Nursing Tops
They are practical, easy to use in any circumstance, soft and lovely designs which are flattering to the figure.
I would recommend this brand to any mother wishing to Breast feed.

Great customer service
On my first order I ordered 2 dresses. One was found to be faulty before they dispatched it so was refunded. A week later they contacted me to say that of I still wanted the dress they had managed to source another one. Ordered it there and then and received it the following day-brilliant.
