I recently rented a "luxury" villa managed by this company, and the experience was a complete Bait-and-Switch. They advertise premium amenities to get your money, deliver a broken property, and then suppress the truth.
The Reality vs. The Advertisement: ❌ Laundry: Listed as having a dryer. It only had a washer. ❌ Privacy: Photos imply seclusion, but the reality is ZERO privacy. The neighbor's porch is directly adjacent (separated only by a chain), and others can see right in. ❌ Entertainment: Both "Smart TVs" were broken and unusable for the entire week. ❌ Amenities: The Jacuzzi heater was non-functional (cold water only). ❌ Maintenance: Stove lighter broken, coffee maker defective, safe unsecured.
The Cover-Up: When I posted a factual, verified review of these failures on the booking platform, this agency used false pretexts to have my review removed. They are actively scrubbing negative feedback to trick future guests into thinking their properties are "perfect."
The Bottom Line: They will take your money, ignore your maintenance requests, and silence your voice. There are plenty of honest hosts in Juan Dolio—this is not one of them.
