Scam company and very surprised Wowcher support them. They just take your money and you don't receive nothing.

Just received my LCD pad for my little boy and it’s perfect, exactly what we were after! Would not hesitate to order from them again

I ordered the fitness tracker and after reading the reviews i messaged customer services to make sure my order was going to arrive and they were great heard back within an hour of my email and was assured it was on its way.

I was worried but i didn't need to be my order arrived and i love it perfect lightweight tracker thanks Bellap

Bought 2 items through Wowcher from this company which should have been delivered before the 18th & 21st of November.

I emailed them as instructed on Wowcher & have still not received either items or a response to my email. This company is an absolute disgrace & I will be registering a formal complaint with Wowcher for offering products from such an untrustworthy so called limited company.

Shocking company. Do not order from these. Ordered through wowcher for gift and still not received the item or refund. I am shocked that a company like wowcher allows these rogue traders to use there platform. Poor from them also

Ordered a smartwatch through Groupon..it came and every time I tried to get with it it said no SIM or SD card .no mention of needing a contract or cards at point if purchases.
Now they won't refund me nor give me details of how to send back.
Groupon that is completely ignored 5 emails.
Taken it up with PayPal

Ordered a PlayStation controller from here. Arrived promptly and works well! Happy with my purchase & would definitely recommend.

This company is a complete scam ordered a item though Wowcher, still haven't received it and that's 3 weeks now, I have email again and told them what I think of there company, if it is a company I no I won't get my money back but least I can sleep at night Do not use this company.

PS4 Controller not official or built proper, Scam. Even when I plug-in my mic the controller does something so little to non output is sent when trying to talk with friends. £5 delivery and couldn’t even track nor be told exactly when it would be sent. Would avoid… It’s worth spending the extra £10 for something real.

I found a deal in Wowcher for a PS4 controller at half price, it came and I realised it is fake, the product quality is terrible and it is not even worth the 30£ I paid for it. Be careful when buying things from this so called discount sites.

I ordered some leggings and they came with a rip in the back. Customer service do not respond and nor do they update the parcel status. Very disappointed with this company and I would like a refund on the leggings too as I cannot wear them ripped!!

Ordered a fitness tracker from this company through Groupon. It arrived and was unable to charge it so we have tried to return it, Groupon said they would get Bellap to message us but they haven't and Groupon can't do anything else. DON'T BUY FROM BELLAP!!!!!!!!!!!

Very misleading bought a smart band via Wowcher from this company turned out to be broken and no charging cable provided so even if it was working couldn't charge it contacted them no response STAY AWAY FROM WOWCHER AND THIS COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

My item was supposed to arrive on the 1st of July, it’s the 8th today, so I contacted them and got told that they have to resend it?!!!.. such a waste of time and money!!!

Ordered a watch from these via wowcher for what I thought was a cheap Apple Watch.
It arrived quick but what did was a plastic replica where none of the functions worked and also has fake buttons.
I sent it back several months ago through the address return label. It arrived and that was that.
Skip forward several months and I still haven’t received my money back. It’s been almost impossible to contact these as I never received any emails and when contacting them through the email on their website… let’s just say I’m waiting on a response on that too.

I ordered and received a smart watch via Wowcher. It was advertised as being reduced from £99 to £14.90. It is a load of rubbish and there was no sim card with it. When I tried to access their website, my internet security blocked the site.....says it all really. Hey ho. I shall not buy anything off Wowcher again as clearly they don't care who they trade with.

Bought a smart watch through Wowcher but wish to return as it is unsuitable sent 2 emails with no reply and now I tried to contact Wowcher regarding this but you are sent all round the houses via computer. what happened to talking to real people to resolver issues.
I have a watch to return but no assurance of refund of my money.

After reading reviews I was abit worried about what I bought but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The ps4 controller works great, I'm very happy with my purchase. Delivery was quick, it was only took about 3 working days to deliver to Northern Ireland. However they get a star removed for 2 reasons. 1, the deliver company they use are terrible. I don't know who they use as I never got a chance to see them but they left the controller sitting at my front door for anyone to lift in the pouring rain. They didn't knock the door, not even an email saying it was out for delivery, absolutely nothing. I found It when I arrived home at 11.30pm, disgrace. Secondly whenever you buy the controller off wowcher I think it should mention about the delivery. You buy the product but when you go to redeem it you then get forwarded to Bellap's website to then pay £5 delivery. Surely this should be included in the price on wowcher. I'm happy with my purchase but due to delivery i probably won't buy again.

Bought PS4 controller through wowcher for £24.99 and its a cheap knock off which doesn't work properly. Won't charge and thumb stick is off alignment. Contacted for refund and they asked me to sent videos to prove!! That's pretty much impossible, but tried and wouldn't allow me to send due to file size. They then ignored all of my emails. Disgraceful service and scam artists with no morels. Anyone should avoid like the plague. Scum!!
