I ordered the wrong size and right away got send an email in what to do and so fast I got my ring in the right size back and it’s perfect Iv orded from them a few times and just amazing service and amazing jewellery aswell no green fingers and it sparks all the time love love love them !!! And I even got a messaged of Instagram making sure I got it all sorted from a lovely lady called Chloe ❤️

The ring definitely didn’t look like what they post on TikTok , the engraving is beyond so small , not even an ant could see it . The colour already starts to fade as soon as it touches water a couple of times . I wouldn’t recommend .

I purchased a ring from this jewelers, I emailed them twice and sent them photos of my ring where the diamond fell out, they have yet to respond to either of my emails or message I sent them on Facebook.
I am very disappointed with their lack of response, I certainly won't be using them or recommending them again.

I’ve had my eye on the rings from this website for so long! My husband decided to get me a ring from them for our anniversary. He ordered me the Emma ring with a band and it’s honestly beyond stunning. It’s just beautiful 🥹 I’ve had so many compliments on my ring already!
Also I love the fact that they provide engraving for the rings. I contacted them on instagram to see if they could engrave mine and my husbands name and they managed to do this for me. It just made it that extra bit special. They also gifted me an extra band as part of my order which was so lovely.

Ordered on the 31st July. And it’s still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve contacted and no reply & Royal Mail have no clue where it has gone either. My shipping status states that Royal Mail have got it and they don’t know where it is told me it will be put down as lost if not delivered in a few days. This was an engagement from my partner. All reviews seem to be good. Unfortunately I haven’t got a nice one
