I used Bella Removal for Moving from Brighton to London it’s was all good with them. They packed a day before moved all my home into their lorry & delivered the next afternoon. Charges were economical and trustworthy people. They even were patiently waiting for the keys. No fuss or no extra cost they even came next day to check on me if anything needed done.

Excellent experience - always a one call away. They guided us through the entire process and were really transparent with the pricing

The whole moving experience was made a pleasure by the professional approach of the team. We paid the deposit and had an agreed moving date which we ended up having to change 3 times. Each time it was acknowledged by phone and email so there was no uncertainty. They also acknowledged the final payment was received.
The move entailed moving out one day and moving in the following day. Bella dismantled furniture and wrapped many items of glass and crockery; the fragile items were handled carefully.
The moving in didn't start at the original time expected due to the Solicitors and banks so there was a long wait but that was no trouble for Bella.
The unpacking and putting together the furniture was a very smooth process. They even checked the fragile items were OK.
All in all I can't recommend them enough.

Really bad experience.
Moved by Bella on 11 August. On the day of the assessment, the manager promised to provide two vehicles and five workers for my move. However, on the day of the move there was only one vehicle and only four people showed up. As a result, there was no room for everything and they broke the legs of my antique chairs and broke multiple scratches on two cabinets as they forced their way into the space.
Before leaving that day, Nikki promised to take the chairs away and take back workers to repair the scratches as soon as possible. I trusted him and agreed. I can't imagine the long wait and broken promises that followed. It started with delays and every time I called and texted he promised to deliver it by the weekend, but nearly two months later it was not delivered at all and I was finally told that it would not be delivered because of the distance and the cost of transport. To this day, the chair has not been delivered to me.
What makes me most angry is that the scratches on the cabinets are completely bogged down and not repaired. They agreed to bring workers to fix it later on the day of the move , but now they have completely ignored it.
Remind other customers that this company's service is very poor and unprofessional. Also, they are not a member of the British Association of Removers, so I am having a lot of trouble complaining as BAR cannot deal with this case.
I did not expect this outcome for this move in any way. I regret having offered them drinks, coffee and even ordered pizza for the workers on the day of the move and this was the feedback I received.
All ways have been tried and Nikki has still not compensated me for the damage. I had to get a lawyer involved.

If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely dreadful experience. Turned up 2 hours late. With 2 small box vans (we were promised 7.5 tonne trucks) I advised they would not get everything in and requested they get another truck. They ignored the request. Totally disorganised and took little care of our property causing considerable damage trying to cram in. Inexperienced men, which meant most of the work done by us. Had to bring a further vehicle and then still couldn’t get everything in so had to make 2 trips. We were not packed on completion that delayed our buyers getting in, highly embarrassing. Then to top it all, refused to unload until we had paid the balance, denied any of the damage was caused by them. A complete nightmare from start to finish, lied about everything. I will be taking legal action! Response from Bella Removals to this review is typical of their attitude. They do not address their own incompetence, they try and blame the customer, utterly appalling people to deal with.

I'm very satisfied with this company! They been working really hard all they. They wrapped everything well and moved all our stuff into our new home. I can not recommend them enough! Thank You

Absolutely appalling company!
Arrived late, did not fragile wrap large mirrors and pictures as promised, loading was disorganised and haphazard. Staff were obviously not removal trained at all, walls and paint work damaged on the property leaving, items damaged. I asked for wardrobe boxes but was not allowed to pack myself realised why on opening, all clothes had just been thrown in. At one point our furniture and possessions were just strewn around on the drive thank god it wasnt raining .
Only had 1 small truck when 2 large were promised, took 2 days to move instead of 1, should have arrived 11.30am on day 2, arrived at 9.30pm and didn't leave until gone midnight as they had another job fitted in in the morning . A horrible experience from start to finish, dont believe the hard sell!

Very poor service, caused lots of damage to our belongings and our property and didn't manage to remove all belongings in time for completion.
Packing was unmethodical with a mixture of different rooms packed in each box. Our toothbrushes were packed with the cat litter scoops (!) , obviously meaning they had to be thrown away. Our belongings were not wrapped and packed effectively with as much being forced into a box as possible causing breakages. We are still searching for several valuables and items have been damaged. Bella removals caused damage to plaster walls and paintwork in our new property with their lack of care when bringing in furniture and boxes.

Their removal vehicles were inadequate which meant that the property we were moving from was not clear by completion, meaning our buyers were waiting outside, Bella removals way of dealing with this was the dump all of our possessions unpackaged on the public grass outside the property.

Our furniture was forced apart, rather than professionally dismantled, fixings on one bed were broken beyond repair, another bed my husband has managed to fix the damage they caused.

Furniture was not put together properly at the new property, rather bed slats just rested on beds rather than tightened, which we discovered when the beds fell apart when we got into them! We had to spend the evening finishing the jobs they told us they had completed.

We do not feel our belongings have been respected at all, very little care has been taken with them, for example I have found my wedding dress dumped behind some bikes in the garage at our new property.
We booked because they are nice people and the Google reviews were positive. I am not sure how many of these reviews are genuine because sadly, this is very different from our experience of using this company. The whole experience was extremely stressful, I'd recommend you book another more professional company.

Great visit from the rep. gave me confidence we were choosing the right removal team.
Were advised a 07:00 start time but they arrived around 08:15. The guys worked fast and hard loading our possessions and appeared to take reasonable care.
Similarly for unloading although stair carpet was a mess when they finished because they used protection on the first three stairs only which dosnt last long. Lots of marks on the walls going up the stairs from the efforts of moving the furniture and a few chips in the paint in the banister. One wall light was also dislodged.
Even before the loading was complete I had one text and a phone call asking for the balance to be paid when loading was complete. I was also asked three more time for the balance payment by the removal guys. £1260 for a 15 mile move. Not the most expensive but by no means cheap and on reflection I wouldn't say the removal guys were all hugely experienced. Despite me specifically saying, twice, there would be a need to remove the American style fridge/freezer doors, they wouldn't do it so my fridge/freezer sits in a downstairs bedroom for now.
On balance, the site visit oversold the reality. I expected a better.
