Item arrived and looked nothing like picture and the quality was poor. To return it you have to arrange your own shipment to China which may cost more that the cost of the item. I’m trying to come to an amicable resolution but I’m resigned to the fact I will not get a refund despite the item being nothing like the image.

Scam.
Ordered a jacket, it was falling apart the moment I opened the bag, buttons falling off, seams tearing. Costume quality fabric.

Emailed the company to get a return label.

Got this back:

Exchanges or returns are no problem at all and can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, as stated on our website, we do not offer a free return service, and we do not have a department store in Europe. All returns are processed through our department store in China. We have chosen to centralize this process in line with our commitment to sustainability, which is why we operate through one location to minimize environmental impact.

Since we only have one warehouse, it’s important that all returns are sent there. Shipping to another location could unfortunately result in the package being destroyed, and we would not be able to offer a refund.

Alternatively, if returning the items is not feasible for you, we are happy to offer another option. To support our eco-friendly approach and reduce CO2 emissions, you may keep the items and we will refund 10% of the total order value to your payment method (credit card). You could then choose to gift the items to friends or family.

I hope this option works for you, and I’m confident we can resolve this together. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

They are not based out of London, or anywhere in the UK.

This is a scam company, do not buy from them you will receive clothes that look nothing like the advert and pictures and good luck getting a refund or a response from them.

I believe i have been scammed for a price of two!

Scam, do not buy from here. Clothing purchased nothing like advertised, way too small and terrible quality. Returns are at own expense and need to be shipped to main warehouse in Asia. Please avoid at all costs.

Scam website. Do not order anything. Saw advert on Instagram. Website looks legitimate and even shows a shop front reporting to be in London. This is not the case. Tracking details show item being shipped from China. I doubt I'll receive my item :(

Definitely a scam. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and never received an item. Tried contacted customer services and never had a response. Looking at their website they’ve published a fake trust pilot score. DO NoT USE

Seems to be selling fake clothes which also appear on "Peper & Leaf"... which also appear to be a scam.

Noah/Dante/Kirk/Luke Bomber Jacket appears on a lot of websites.
