Hi! There was a mistake in my name and number which were written on the package. So I didn’t get any sms from my post office and I might not get the package if I didn’t go to the post offices to check.

You were free to check it from time to time to see the progress of the shipment. Moreover, that is exactly what we were doing and as soon as we noticed that the package has arrived, we sent a further email to inform you to collect it. We have passed the exact name and number to our logistics partners as you have indicated during your purchase. Nevertheless, there is a chance they could have made a mistake while entering your details and passing the package over the the courier, however this is yet to be determined.
