I wish I could give it no stars. They said they'd replace the wig from the last review. I paid to ship the wig back to them twice because the lady who gave me the return address gave me the WRONG address. When I received the replacement wig I found it to be worse than the original wig, while it still tangles at the nap of the neck & still has split ends throughout the entire wig, someone over plucked the lace closure to the point of bald spots, there were short pieces at the top of the wig in the middle and the back and it was thinner than the original wig. They styled the wig so I wouldn't know right away. I picked the wig up from the post office on the 3/8/24 and was wondering why the lace closure was so thin. I thought they used too much product so I washer it. When It dried (air dry) the bald spots were revealed. Bellazon reached out to me for an updated review 3/11/24. I replied to the email 3/12/2024 informing them of the issues with the replacement wig and heard nothing back. Prior to receiving the replacement I called to see what was taking so long for them to ship it out. I was told the owner is bleaching the knots. So she's well aware of the condition of the wig. I'm currently going through a dispute with my credit card company and saw their response to the dispute which is a complete LIE. They sent in emails but not the full email thread. They deleted the ones notifying them of providing me the wrong address & having to pay for shipping twice. They also did not send the one of me notifying them of the condition of the replacement wig. This place is DISHONEST and has the nerve to fight for my money as if they provided a quality product. The prices are too high for the under quality wigs they sell. I offered to send the wig back if they send me a postage paid label as I had already paid to send the wig back twice and I should not have to pay a 3rd time. I paid $22.55 twice. Is not ok for me to pay it a third time! It wasn't ok for me to pay it a 2nd time!
