I placed order March six months later I have not received anything. I went through Affirm, really disappointed that these finance companies dont take more time looking at the products and companies. I lost 118.00

I never received my makeup bag. When I emailed them the first time they told me they would look into it, I never heard back. I emailed them again one week later and the email address came back as a non- existent email. So basically I lost $94. I did see it on Amazon and realized it was the same bag for a cheaper price so I ordered it and got it as expected. I just hate I lost $94 for trusting Belle & Rose.

I’ve had a similar experience, ordered 03/08 and to date the order just states placed. Have tried to contact them several times and it just cites unknown domain and unsuccessful to deliver emails.
I saw the advert via Instagram for the makeup bag at a cost of €74.15. Surely these companies should be vetted to ascertain they are valid and not fraudulent.
I note Amazon have the same makeup bag by this company so am assuming it’ll be a similar outcome!
By the way I’d have given a zero recommendation but it doesn’t have this option.
It’s incumbent on these Social Media sites to ensure these companies are not scamming the purchasers as they’re receiving revenue to advertise their products.

Order product 7/11/2023. Finally was marked as shipped on 7/27/2023. Still has not made it to USPS on 8/17/2023.

Tried contacting them multiple times via the contact us page, never received any response. Tried emailing them at their support email ... never received a response. Only response I have received is from the facebook messenger ... and still have not received the product or any useful information.
