Do not use this company. Items shipped from China. Poor quality. The item have original labels from Kids Tales in addition to the Baby Belle labels. Same items available on Amazon less than half the price. Returns not accepted of you have used a discount code.

If I could give zero stars I would, everything lifted and bought straight from wholesale Chinese website. Review on website was deleted so lack of honesty.

My own fault for not reading the small print and other reviews. I spent £20 plus £4 p&p. Shipped from China taking two weeks, too late for my visit to baby

discovered one week after ordering that the goods are being shipped from a warehouse in china. i just read uk company .co.uk website and no mention of this anywhere other than website small print under delivery. Feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead. I care about carbon footprint.
trying to talk to business owners about this but its all automated emails. not cool

After reading reviews I was hesitant to purchase, but I’m so glad I did because the teddy blanket I ordered is so soft, thick and good quality. Will make the perfect present for my niece!

Also for it to be coming from China it arrived before its expected delivery date which was a bonus! Will order again, thank you!

Ordered a coat for my daughter thinking it will arrive quickly. The quality and description looked really good and so did the website however Will not be ordering again from them, once I placed the order I learnt products are from China and delivery is 2 weeks waiting time. Now in the middle of winter we are having to wait, I was completely misold. I believed I was buying a high quality coat made and dispatched from UK the price tag would suggest it as it was more expensive than other retailers like Next.

Whilst I do agree with some other reviews that you do order thinking it is a small UK company and the products are then drop shipped from China, and are slightly lower quality than you’d expect from the photos and the price point- the customer service is really great. I had a few issues and wanted a refund on one item and their replies were super fast and incredibly helpful. Really good service.

Total scam! You can get the exact items on Temu for a quarter of the price!

Absolutely disgusted that companies like this are allowed to operate.
I have not received my item yet but nor do I want it after realising it’s being sent from China, and reading the other reviews regarding the quality.
Consumers have the right to transparency in where the company is based and how they operate.
This company are deliberately misleading people, with absolutely nothing on the website to suggest that they’re based anywhere but the UK!
Avoid!

Expected to be buying from a UK based company only for a dispatch to come from China very misleading website from the about us section!! Quality is very poor and in addition why would you put the tag on the leg of the outfit? This just ruins it as it cannot be taken off without some being left within the sticking. Will not be buying from here again!

Item eventually arrived, in torn cheap plastic bag, after rude defensive reply from company asking where it was? Didn’t realise it was on a slow boat from China, will give the item a teddy blanket, such poor quality to my daughters cats. Certainly wouldn’t give it as a present for a baby. Lovely website, thought I was buying quality for the price I paid. What a massive disappointment, can’t deal with the hassle of returning the item, probably more wasted money involved. Avoid this company, it’s not what it seems.

Website was completely misleading. Over priced. Product very very cheap material. Had a burning plastic smell to the product. Dirty packaging. Really disappointing as I love to support smaller businesses however definitely a no go for me!

The care labels have been stitched on the outside of the clothing which is very odd and such a shame as it just ruins the outfit.

Belle Baby's clothing surpassed my expectations! The fabrics are great, perfect for my baby's comfort. Their designs are adorable, and the attention to detail is remarkable. I highly recommend Belle Baby for stylish baby apparel! I'll be coming back...

Nothing like the photos. The colour was completely different and other details like buttons, lace were completely different than shown and the quality was terrible with loose threads all over. Also took 2 weeks to arrive wasn’t visibly published at the time I ordered (they have now changed this)

Purchased a pram suit for a present for a newborn it arrived with a fairly large label sewn on the outside of the leg seam instead of inside the garment! Which is impossible to remove. Hence had to make another purchase from a quality high street shop. This is not a British company I would not use again.
