beaded wall shelves have no screws to mount & they dont reply

I bought a beaded wall shelves & have been trying for 1 1/2 hours to find the right screws to mount them. I am a licensed contractor & have thousands of screws but non fit this wall mounting bracket. If they are so unusual, why don't you pop 4 screws into the box? This is a email I wrote to them & also on FB but no reply. I dont want to return & buy another one because the holes are already drilled & ready to go.

Very Happy Customer

I was extremely happy with my order which was placed on Saturday morning and delivered Saturday afternoon.
This meant I could start my project sooner than expected.
I absolutely love Annie Sloan paint and each new colour I try becomes a new favourite 😊

Good service.

All went well, there was a little disruption in the delivery; as my jug got lost! but the lady dealing with the matter was very apologetic, she chased them up, and all was well!
The jug that I purchased was well worth the extra wait, as it is just beautiful. I'd order from here again!
