Unfortunately I cannot give them 0 stars. Bellemeet does not deserve 1star. It’s not fair to other stores that at least try to make things right.
After sending 4 (four) emails requesting return address where to send my return to, there’s still no response. There’s no phone number and no address. They have one phone number that is obviously incorrect, listed on their website. They want you to ask for return address and then they don’t respond to the emails.

Clearly this is a scam organization. I ordered the fur lined shoes and they arrived in the incorrect size. I sent the documentation and pictures they requested and after 15 emails of repeatedly asking me for documentation, they simply never responded. I have no way to return the merchandise and no one in customer service will respond. They should be banned from the web.

Terrible!! I ordered colored sneakers for my two daughters for Christmas based on a paid ad on facebook. The size conversion chart was nowhere close. When they arrived almost a month later, both pairs of sneakers were at least 3 sizes too small (they wear different sizes and I ordered according to directions) When I attempted to return/exchange I was told the 15 day window had expired and they would not help despite original packaging and never being worn, and following a very long delay in shipping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I think that Bellemeet must be a scam. I ordered a pair of fur lined ankle boots back in November and they have never arrived. I have emailed them a number of times asking for an update and get no response. I have now asked them to contact me for a refund. Please be warned and DON'T order from this company

If I could give no stars I would. The company is based in China and all information online makes it look like the are out of USA. My order was even shipped from a California address but when I asked to exchange the items for larger sizes they told me that the items would have to ship back to China and I would be responsible for customs fees and shipping and it could take 6 months or more. I tried to dispute with Paypal twice but was denied as they say I got what I ordered, even though I could not use what I received and have feasible way of returning it. There is no size chart and NO MENTION that items have to go back to China upon ordering.

Ordered a pair of shoes that took almost 2 months to receive. The shoes were not at all what they looked like online and did not fit. I have trying to return them for weeks with ZERO help from them. Bad experience and I wish I had read online reviews beforehand.

I would have given 0 stars if that had been an option. I purchased 3 pair of shoes for Christmas gifts. My total was $110.00. I was supposed to have received a 20% discount since I spent that much money. Their only response is "our website must have messed up." I've emailed them numerous times requesting my refund. Needless to say they have never responded to that request. I have definitely learned from this experience to look for company reviews before ordering from a company. It's a shame some companies have no ethics!!!

BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I purchase 3 items, tried to return to at my own postage cost for different sizes. They wont accept exchanges despite what their terms and conditions say. THEY DONT RESPOND TO YOU AT ALL to avoid any customer refund or exchange process. THE ITEMS ARE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!

Terrible product , terrible customer service - DONT purchase from this company. When my items arrived they were the worst quality and way too small .... awful just awful . I can't believe they are allowed to trade. I followed the return policy - cost me to send back - and have been told that they will not refund me as I sent to the wrong place !!! I followed the only instructions I could find on my order . So I am out of pocket with no items and will now be fighting to get refund !!!

Please share this information on public media. I have, they are in my opinion a scam. They count on the fact that you will not return the merchandise since it's so expensive. They ship from California but refuse to allow you to return it there. It would cost me $53.80 to send back an item that cost $40. Good odds for them!
What really galls me is that Paypal stood up for them and insisted that I return the item to China even though it cost me more money than it cost and no guarantees that they would give me the credit. So here I am with a jacket that would fit a child, not an adult, that I will be donating. Please tell everyone you can not to buy from Bellemeet!

Terrible products and company. Ordered a pair of pants for xmas that took a month to arrive. Size was WAY too small. I asked them about how to do an exchange for the larger size and they basically said F you since its past their 15 day exchange/return period. They didnt care that it was an xmas gift and there was no way to exchange it sooner. Follow up emails to them explaining this were completely ignored. They do not care about anything except making a quick buck.

They completely misrepresented their product! The description in the ad and on the site was completely false! The shoes I ordered were neither canvas NOR platform as described. On top of that, delivery takes forever, and you don’t know that until AFTER you’ve purchased. The ONLY good thing I can say is that they respond very quickly via email, but offer nothing other than an apology. I do not recommend purchasing from this company!

TERRIBLE company. The quality is lousy and the return policy is a joke. You have to return items to CHINA, and you have to pay any and all fees related to that, even custom fees. The other choice they give you? Get 15% of your cash back and don't deal with a return.
It's a joke. 15%??!! Don't expect to receive your purchase quickly (takes forever), don't expect to like the merchandise and don't expect to return items easily.

The sizes are extremely smaller then normal since it comes from China. The return policy is deceiving because they state that it’s easy return but actually it costs a lot to return, almost $70 for international shipping. They know this so they they offer 20% refund instead. I don’t recommend this company. Wish I’d researched better before purchasing!

Wrong size, longer to arrive than stated, the one that was the right size was way too small and they won't pay for shipping back. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered pair of shoes for my granddaughter for Christmas, as of January 3 2019 I have not received them. She is heart broken. I have the conformation # BM38673. Do I go to my bank and cancelled my payment? I will dispute this.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for Christmas. I did not read the reviews first and Im glad I didnt. Ordered, recieved confirmation email, and then about a week later shipping email. The 10-20 buisness days is from the day of the shipping email NOT the day you order! Started getting concerned when I hadnt recieved anything else and read the reviews. My heart sank! My daughter had her heart set on these shoes! So I prayed and prayed for this to not be a scam and for the shoes to come in. Sent an email throgh the contact link on my confirmation email and recieved a response the same day (Thank you God) Shoes came today and my daughter loves them! Praising God right now because I know he had a hand in the experience I had with this company! Would order from them again

If I could choose 0 starts I would have! They sent me 2 pairs of pants, same pants but one was supposed to be an adult small and the other an adult XL. They were exactly the same size and would not fit a 5 year old!! This company goes under many names like chicv too! Would not respond to my numerous emails and FB messages requesting to return!!
