Ordered from them for my press on nails for 2 years now. Not sure what these are negative reviews are talking about, but I never received flimsy nails from them. The stickies don't last too long, maybe a few days. But if you use nail glue for them instead, they last at least a week! Could go for 2 weeks if you don't do intensive work.
I think they're great. The hair accessories too. Very cute stuff.

The nails look so good on the site but when I got them they were cheap, flimsy things that only a 5 year old would wear. The hair clips are awesome but don’t buy the nails.

So sad about this, I was so excited to recieve the bundle of nails I spent £90 on,only to recieve a pile of cheap rubbish, the nails are so flimsy, and snapped in half even when wearing them!
Also, I found the exact same nails, even the same pictures used on shein for £5 less, so I have a feeling they are buying their products on shein, changing the packaging and selling them on, shame, money down the drain

I ordered a couple of lucky dips and the items are gorgeous and staples of my wardrobe.
Fashionable bows, bobbles and hair ties, as well as some sweet jewellery and hair clips.
Shipping was fast and efficient.

I've placed three orders with this company and have always received good products. They were the first company I bought nails from and they have always been high quality that will stand up to a rough work week. I've also had good luck with their hair accessories. Their prices are fair and I've had good interactions with the owner. They had forgotten a couple of items out of my first order and happily added them to my second. A pleasure to do business with.

I'm not sure why they have so many bad reviews, competitors maybe?

I loved my scrunchies. There were doubles because it was one of the scoops before doubles taken out.

I love Belle Rose!!! In fact I love Belle Rose a bit too much, because now I have lots of lovely, unique things and no money!!! Be warned!!! That shopping cart fills up quickly. Service is quick, efficient and very friendly. I’ve never had a problem, but can imagine that if I did that they would bend over backwards to sort it out. On top of all this, you get so many freebies that it’s ridiculous!!! In my last box I literally had as many freebies as items that I had ordered.

I have ordered many times and love the customer service, prices and quality! I have used fake nails, nail polish and the like my whole life and have never been able to grow my nails past the tips of my fingers. With Belle Rose Nails my nails are longer and healthier than they have ever been! Thank you Belle Rose Nails!! <3

The customer service is beyond superb, the corporate kindness and the gifting to customers is wonderful. The packaging, the pretty items the fast shipping and overall excellence of this lovely company is astounding. Their videos are great and we live this company. Found quality excellent and just cannot understand the negative comments.

Wonderful and caring company. I have ordered twice and have loved everything I bought. The free gifts are beautiful. On the order form, let them know some of your likes and they will pack your gifts accordingly eg: ( I have long hair and love the hair scrunches, blue is my favourite colour)

The product packing videos on FB finally broke me down :D and I placed an order. Never worn press on nails before but am now hooked!! BRN has so many styles to choose from. From super fancy to solid colors. From holiday styles to everyday wear.
They also have many other great products for your hair to jewelry to stationary items. For kids and adults! I have placed a few orders and have another about ready to go. Every order comes with fabulous freebies - and so many to boot! I've only had 1 issue of a couple pairs of earrings arriving with no backs. In my next order was a bag with about 20 pairs of just backs! 5 star customer service. I love BRN!!

I can not fault their products or the company, I have been using them since December 2022 and I have purchased many items. I have seen them grow so much in such a short time. Every customer on the site absolutely loves their products and are becoming one big family. The items are good quality and not the same quality as aliexpress like the other 2 have said. My nails last at least 2 weeks and yes the odd one may pop off but it is seconds to put it back on. They do a wide variety of items and I can definitely guarantee you won't be disappointed. Give them ago you will love them just like we all do

I have absolutely no idea why this company has such negative reviews! After placing my first order in April 2023 I've ordered another 6 times. You definitely get what you pay for with such good value. The free gifts are carefully selected. You can leave a note before checkout with what your likes and dislikes preferences are. My nails have stayed on for longer than a week and I'm usually not good with press ons. The hair bobbles have good strong elastic. Customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Please give them a chance. You won't regret it!

I placed an order after seeing thier amazing videos online. I then saw someone had left them negative feedback so I checked on trustpilot & it was the same. I emailed them to cancel my order. Within 20mins I had a reply back from the lovely Lily saying she woukd cancel & asked why. I told her about the feedback & the reasons that were given. Again Lily emailed straight back & we had quite a few emails back & forth. At the end of our messages I had decided to still place my order & take the chance. How WRONG was the negative feedback. My order was delivered within 10days, all my products plus lots of beautiful free gifts. I didn't think I would recieve as many as seen in thier video but I did. Its not based on amount spent either. So I want to thank Lily for answering my feedback & for being totally honest. Please do not believe all the negative feedback I'm not saying they are all wrong but I do think many were being very harsh. The products are beautiful, the order comes packed beautifully & overall I have been amazed at what you get for your money x

Beware, these aren't products that were made by the actual "company" they claim to be, but rather bought off AliExpress or some other Chinese shopping sites and resold for profit to unsuspecting buyers. The pictures of the merchandise are just straight up taken from the AliExpress listing of the same product.

The nails look gorgeous which is why this review is 2 stars, not just 1 bur unfortunately the nails are very flimsy, they break easily and come off very quickly.
They stay on longer with a nails glue I purchased from another retailer but they split or crack during normal use.
Postage was very slow and the freebies I got were cheap plastic hair clips I'll never wear.
Wouldn't recommend.

Please avoid shopping at this shop!

I got a lot of Facebook ads and they keep appearing on my TikTok of their packing video. I have to admit that everything looks cute and pretty, also they seems generous with the freebies, that was the reason why I purchased them.

I ordered few of fake nails, follow the correct instructions from their TikTok video, my fake nails came off after 3 days. I was surprised because their price is not cheap, around AUD 20ish if it’s not on Black Friday sale, but it didn’t last long. What shocks me is, you can get the exact same items with the same designs from Aliexpress for a less than a dollar! What a total ripoff! Better order from Aliexpress instead.
