This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!! Absolute rubbish garments nothing like whats advertised and the sizes are all wrong majority of the time it might fit your young child but they would'ntbe seen dead in it! and if you return it a great cost they just fob you off. DO NOT BUY FROM BELLE YORK!!!!!!

Last November I ordered two 3XL jumpers. They arrived and were at best XL size and no good.
I returned them at great cost asking for a refund and guess what today they have arrived back here again.
Terrible Company products. Dont waste your money with them

1. Items ship from China, if they ship at all, the size is all wrong.
2. No customer service. Or unresponsive.
3. You WILL lose your money.

I received my jacket after 4 weeks waiting, and guess what instead of 4XL the size was XS 🤣, and very poor quality.
And i can’t return back because they don’t even respond to my request!
The most untrusted company ever.

Order placed three and half weeks ago, no update, no delivery, no customer service. Avoid this company.

Comical experience. Took 2 weeks to come. What was meant to be a nice jacket turned out to be a completely different horrible, cheap jacket. I’m not even going to return due to the ridiculous cost of returning it. This is a scam website, presumably this works by sending you a wrong product and banking on you not returning it. Touché. You have won this time. Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from this website. Chinese scammers

I purchased 4 pullover from these idiots November 2024 when they arrived they did not fit even though I'm XL I made sure I ordered XL so I returned them purchased at £139.80 and £63 to return back to china which was very painful emailed them regarding my refund had a few response off them then it all stopped so I have open a dispute with my bank as I used my credit card guys do not purchase anything from this company they are thieves con artist they sell cheap crap not fit for purpose

Awful Company cheap Chinese Rubbish I bought a Jacket that was NOT as advertised I paid £39 they offered £ 7 to send it back costs nearly £20 to send it back which they know and expect few returns due to the high cost please do not buy anything from this Company they sell Rubbish.

Awful company. Not saying about selling cheap China stuff. Delivery time is ridiculous despite 24hour service on page. Return is to China and you have to pay almost 20 pounds for return shipment.
Not recommended, the quality is very poor, sleeves are to short. Waste of money.
Please do not buy from this company.

Very slow delivery and item is not as pictured. Looked like a gorgeous embroidered sweater but turns out to be pictures of embroidery. Also feels very cheap.

Still waiting for refund. Do not order!!

Please don’t make the mistake of falling for the fake reviews on the website! They are an absolute rip off. Stating wrong composition description and when you return they charge you hefty shipping costs of 20 quid to ship their fake item. Something advertised as wool is clearly a 100% polyester!

Despite the nice website and very good photography, and claims of thousands of good reviews, this all seems a bit doubtful.
A sweater was of poor quality, seams not finished, and I am doubtful it was 'wool' as advertised, though with only a single label in Chinese characters, I cannot tell. It did not feel or smell like wool. It's a waste of money. I have given it to the local clothes bank, unworn. Customer service was polite, but always anonymous. Returns process seems costly and complex and wants to return money to my 'bank account' (I would not divulge my bank details to this company).
A sad experience. Best stick to well-known suppliers of vendors such as Amazon.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I spent £35 on a woolen jumper, and after waiting weeks for delivery, it finally arrived. The quality is terrible, and the sizing is completely inaccurate. I ordered a men’s XL, but it barely fits my wife, who is a women’s size 10. To make matters worse, returns need to be sent to China, and the cost of shipping is almost the same as the jumper itself. The whole process is shocking—poor quality, misleading sizing, and effectively no return policy. Avoid this company at all costs!

An absolute rip off. Recieved 2 substandard pullovers manufactured and dispatched from China. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Not as described! Not wool! Nasty pieces of crap.
Returns policy for a refund is to return to China with a track and trace service. What a rip off. The cheapest service is £135.00.

Not a UK based company. I ordered a jumper in large, it took 4 weeks to arrive and it doesn’t fit my skinny 14 year old!
If I want to return it, I have to pay for shipping to China. Stay away!!!!
