Sucker punched

After waiting for the item I purchased, I had to pay postage due. The sweater was supposed to be pink, and it was supposed to be connected to breast cancer month. The sweater didn’t come from the US. It was too small and it didn’t look anything like the advertised picture.

Merchandise was poor

Shirt that I received was really bad quality … I want to return it and get a refund. Customer Service is not giving me much hope about that, but I definitely am taking it. Sending it back and taking it up with my credit card company. I need an address.

This is nothing like the picture

This is nothing like the picture. It is a very very cheap plain old t-shirt. The color in the picture is a saturated medium pink. This shirt is pale pink that is hard to see the white on it. It is so thin, you can see through it. Web site says MADE and Shipped from a NY USA WAREHOUSE. This shipped from. FRANCE. Sizing runs very small.

Stay away from these frauds

Stay away from these frauds. They sent me the wrong skirt, charged me sales tax when my state has no sales tax, plus charged a higher rate of tax of $31.11. Their customers service is a joke and even though I sent the a picture of the skirt they keep insisting they sent me the right skirt. They offered me $11.00 for the $49.99 skirt I ordered. They would not send me the skirt I ordered or a shipping label to return the one I sent. The customer service rep stated even if I contacted them every day they will not resolve it. Basically the CS reps know they are scammers. Took a month to get part of my order. Still haven’t received the rest. Quality is horrendous cheap. Stuff made in China. I filed a report with PayPal and the company keeps coming back with ridiculous questions like “ Can you provide more details”. I gave all information,pictures etc and still giving me the run around. Don’t do business with them. They use multiple names, Bill PayPal under different name. China company.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. Don't buy from this website. I ordered a dress, it took months to be shipped, until I finally received a complete different product. The store told me my dress was not available anymore and offered me a PARTIAL refund for their mistake. The biggest absurd I heard, the store makes a mistake, stock out the dress I chose and offer anything less than full refund?
Never again. This website is never going to be opened again.

Scam?

Ordered 6 items and paid with PayPal. Didn’t receive any acknowledgment of my order from Bellezeke so no order number and no contact details. Only 1 item received and again no order form in the packaging so no returns info and no way to get in touch with Bellezeke. I’m guessing a scam. ☹️

My second order was as good as the first.

This was my second order from Bellezeke and all 8 of the dresses have been fine.

I anticipated that a Chinese firm would be likely to have different sizing so l opted for 5x and l am very pleased with all the items that l purchased.

It is important to remember that their clothes are inexpensive. But l have found the quality of my dresses to be very satisfactory.

My experience of their communications is also good, so overall l am a very happy customer. Thank you all at Bellezeke.

Bought 4 dresses: AWFUL

BEWARE!!!!!

Bought 4 dresses. Two are WAY TOO SMALL and don't match the stated measurements. One of them is GIGANTIC and all were supposed to be size 4X. No phone number, no return address. My credit card lists a Chinese company.
The "workmanship" is subpar. Unacceptable.
The fabric is not linen.
One dress hasn't been shipped yet and I will try though Facebook to tell them to keep it and send me a refund.
The return address on the package doesn't exist.

Can't get them to give me the return address…

Can't get them to give me the address to return clothes that are all WAY TOO SMALL for the sizing they listed on their web site. Very frustrating. The clothes are cute but much smaller than the standard S, M, L, XL. And then to get the run-around about how to return them adds insult to injury. Scammers!

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering. Sizes are way too small. And the ridiculous run around they give you when you ask how to return for refund is unbelievable. Asking for photos of me wearing the clothes?!? NO WAY! If they’re too small, how am I supposed to do that. Asking for photos is not listed on their return policy as required. Plus: it’s weird and inappropriate. They are evasive when asked for an address to return u wanted items. Is that because it’s overseas and shipping would be more expensive size than the items were? RIDICULOUS!

An item was missing from the order I…

An item was missing from the order I received. I reached out to support@bellezeke 4 times and no one has responded. Had to file a complaint and dispute with PayPal. Furthermore, the address on the website is Milan, Italy. The charge on my PayPal account went to YuanYuan. I am very suspicious that these clothes are not made in Italy.

UPDATE: Information in Bellezeke’s Trust Pilot response is not accurate. I provided all documentation including a copy of the order with order number clearly visible. Meanwhile, Bellezeke has tried to challenge my review here several times. Each time I have responded to Trust Pilot with documentation substantiating my review. PayPal was able to get a partial refund for me which I settled on because I didn’t not want to continue giving this scam my time over shipping charges. I will never again do business with Bellezeke.
