I had a great experience with my previous mortgage broker Liberty. However when remortgaging things went radio silent. The point where unknowing what was happening. We were dealt with Hayley, with short, sharp responses. No contact, when dealing with finances and changing over mortgages we wanted to know what would come out and at what point. There were unclear lines of when one mortgage would end, what payments would be deducted and when the first payment would be deducted for the mortgage. As you can appreciate this exceeded £3k+. When dealing with this and bills etc you would be highly concerned. We were asked to sign documents for the mortgage and got one word answers from Hayley. Like thanks. We gave up at that point. I was introduced to Bell Financial through a client I worked with for years. We were not informed our mortgage broker left the business and when informed we assessed why the communication dropped rapidly. The client service in which Liberty provided was exceptional, contacting us on annual leave, when she was getting on a flight, I was so disappointed of the lack of client care recieved after her departing the company. The one word answers and the no empathy or understanding of financial transactions left a sour taste in my mouth. Even when asking further clarification we were asked abruptly “please see previous messages”. This was not the experience we had with Liberty. The fee we paid Liberty was worth more than the money, however this transaction felt disappointing.

Hayley was absolutely amazing. She was so respectful and couldn’t do enough to help.. we were abroad for most of the time we were re mortgaging. She went above and beyond to get the mortgage as quickly as possible. Thank you so very much Hayley, for everything.
