Do not buy
We purchased a Belling Farmhouse cooker less than 6 months ago. One of the rings on the hob now doesn’t work. We reported this to Belling who booked an engineer to come out to repair it. Three weeks later we are still waiting and when I called I was told they are still waiting for a part which I find strange as they have not looked at the oven yet. I would not buy another Belling product again.
Very disappointed - no longer a decent cooker.
After 18 years of owning a Belling dual fuel range cooker we decided to replace it with a new model, for our new kitchen, as we had been very happy with it - a Cookcentre DF 90.
Positives - looks good, service from Sparkworld was excellent, delivery was quick.
Negatives - water running from both oven doors onto floor - not a small amount and the temperature, length of time or what was being cooked made no difference. The seals are stuck on in the corners and loose on the edges.
Very noisy cooling fan to main oven that comes on at 45 degrees and remains on until the oven cools to 45 degrees- runs for at least an hour after the oven is turned off and upto 2 hours. Can be heard through 2 doors above in our lounge, with the TV on. The air is cold (as you would expect) and makes the kitchen cold. Designed for when the airfryer function is on, but activates for all oven functions including slow cook at 80 degrees.
The burners are very loud particularly when on full power.
The timer is very difficult to hear when you are stood next to the oven, let alone in another room, not helped by the noisy burners or cooling fan.
We had to have an engineer visit to enable us to get a refund. Apparently there is an after market fix for the cooling fan that increases the activation temperature to 75 degrees. He was unable to tell me if the noise was any different. The fan runs at 10db (if I have remembered correctly) Regarding the condensation, I was warned to expect the engineer to tell me I was cooking incorrectly, fortunately he didn't mention this!! He did try to tell me that it dtipped because the oven wasn't level, but a spirit level soon dispelled that myth!
We used the cooker for 2 months, so had a chance to properly evaluate it as we are a family of cooks, whilst we waited for our replacement Rangemaster Encore Delux DF 90. Well worth the extra cost: quiet, efficient, audible timer and no puddles on the floor!!

Belling, what an awful company, stay well clear.
What an awful company. We bought a belling cooker thinking they had a good reputation and it was the worst decision I've ever made.
Below is the quick version of events.
We'd only had it a few days and when we moved it into position something white white fell out the bottom. My wife thought it must be packaging so she picked it up. I turned out it was actually some of the insulation from around the oven that had fallen out.
I contacted Belling and they agreed to send an engineer. The engineer arrived, took a photo of the stuff that had come out and the label on the cooker, tested the electrics in our house? and left.
The next week I had heard nothing so called again and was told that the job was chargeable as we had pulled the insulation out ourselves.
I didn't agree with this but we needed it fixed so I paid them £215 for an engineer to come out on 12th December, with the insulation and fix the cooker. I should also point out that even though they send their guy out the repair is only guaranteed for 90 days.
On 12th December the engineer did not turn up at the allotted time so I called him. He told me he was just coming out to take a photo and do a report, not repair the cooker.
I called Belling to ask why he wasn't going to fix it, they had no idea so I asked for a refund so I could get someone else in to do the job and was told I if I cancelled then I wouldn't get a refund and if they couldn't fix it then I would only get a partial refund. non of this was mentioned when I booked the call?
A few minutes later the engineer called to say he would not be coming anyway as his boss had cancelled the call.
Eventually they refunded my £215 but then told me they can't get the part so they can't fix it .
Its clear to me that this a manufacturing fault but belling have washed they hands of it.
I've tried to get someone else to fix it but no-one is interested as they can't get the insulation so here we are, well over a £1000 spend and a cooker that we can't use.

Andrew was patient, friendly but still professional
Andrew showed great patience with me today, which was greatly appreciated. I’m an older lady with the usual aches and pains but he didn’t give up. Having done a similar job for many years with phone and broadband I was so grateful he hung in there. Hopefully all staff are trained as well as Andrew, but wouldn’t expect less from belling. Thanks again Andrew
Cash back-rewards-a nightmare !
This is solely about the cash back reward- a very “picky” process. I sent it off then got an email to say mine was under review! So I called them and apparently I had been selected at random and had to submit the invoice again in the form of an email from the supplier! Despite them having the invoice on my claim! If I had’nt rung up I wouldn’t have been aware of this!
If you’re going to offer rewards don’t make it so complicated ( done this type of thing with Bosch and it was a piece of cake!)
I’m sure they make it difficult so you give up….

Great customer service
Great customer service. I spoke with Carol when I called to report an issue with my appliance. Carol was knowledgable and friendly and booked in my repair for the following week. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

Fantastic and friendly customer service. Thank you Susan for your support.
Bad service…
Booked a repair with Andy Salisbury didn’t receive the 3 hr window so checked on the link and appointment has been cancelled by neighbours as Andy has booked to wrong address as all my neighbours have similar policy. So now I will be without my hob while I try to book another repair. Had policy 5 years and first time tried to use it. Not sure it’s worth the money.
Totally disappointed!
Totally disappointed with Customer Care when my 17month old Belling Farmhouse Range developed a fault. Company not interested in aiding a repair unless I sign up to a Pacifica Repairs warranty or call out charge. Whatever happened to Consumer Rights when products, that cost well over £1000 develop a fault after only 17 months!!
Belling cook centre range cooker 110DF -AVOID BUYING THIS TERRIBLE COOKER- Not fit for purpose
Belling range cooker 110cm
Terrible cooker. There is a design problem with ventilation. Condensation literally runs out of the ovens onto the floor. We had to put towels down to soak up the water. Others have discussed the same problem on online forums. The moisture is so bad in the ovens we can’t cook, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, meringues etc. The cooker is not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY. Spend a bit more and get a cooker that works!
Booking for a repair

We are so very disappointed in our Belling. We've waited years to finish renovating our house and meanwhile we used a cheap 500 cooker so we were so looking forward to cooking large family meals and getting back to baking!
From installation the left hand oven has never worked! The fan on the main oven over runs for over an hour and my son sat next to it and managed to dry his hair as the breeze created from the fan is so strong - it makes our large kitchen cold and the noise!!! The oven also produces a puddle of 'water' on the floor that I have to keep cleaning up every time I open the oven door. As for baking, I have just tried to cook a basic banana loaf which I usually cook at 160c for 25 minutes it is still in the oven over 50minutes at a temperature of 190c and is still not cooked!
The engineer is due out AGAIN! The engineer has been verbal as to his opinion on the quality issues so that says it all really - what a disappointment and a waste of money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this cooker.
NO FUSS NO FAPP
Hi I was helped by a guy called Andrew L he could not have been more helpful and has arranged for a visit to hopefully sort my ovens out.
Great cooker, shame about the knobs!
Bought the Belling vision 60cm electric induction single oven. It’s exactly right for my kitchen BUT. The knobs! They look great. BUT the large knobs hide the mode and temperature for the oven and the marker is virtually invisible, meaning I have to kneel down to see the oven mode, temperature and where the indicator is. Rather defeats the object of having an oven more accessible than a double oven. I’m sure this would be an easy fix for the design team for future models.
