If I could do zero stars, I would. I ordered 3 items totalling to around $50 and chose 7-10 day shipping. After 2 and a half weeks I contacted customer support because my items had not been shipped yet. They never responded. Over the next month, I tried to contact them twice. Finally my order arrived almost 2 months after I had placed the order. The clothes are poor quality and don't look like they did in the picture. I would return but I'm sure they wouldn't even refund me because this site is surely a SCAM.
HORRIBLE COMPANY
I have emailed this company now 10-12 times about canceling my order and getting a full refund! They have sent bogus emails back and will not email me except to tell me their representatives are out of the office! I wasted $60.97 on this horrid company and they will not give it back!!!!!! I’m beyond angry!!!!!!!!!!!!
I made an error in my shipping address after making a purchase. It was totally my fault. I contacted customer service about the situation. Immediately I received a response that the shipping address was corrected. Friendly, fast customer service which is vital in retail! Very pleased!

I’ve been trying to contact this place for OVER two weeks now! I wanted to return my 2 items and they told me I could either: a. Keep the items and “gift them to someone” and they’d give me a store credit for half my total OR b. I could send the items back and get store credit. I told them NO I want my money back!! Don't do it..
Order took over a month to arrive. Too late for the dance. Dresses did not fit and hems frayed. Good Luck getting a return. We are 2.5 months into this process and still NO RETURN info. Multiple attempts to get the return information and still no answer. Swindlers Bellizo - This does not feel good as a customer. Zero trust.
So, first of all, the shipping information on the site isn't correct. When you pay the clothes, they say a few days, but that isn't with the days the order is send and shipped. It took 2 weeks.
Next thing, I am trying to send a few clothes, I don't fit , back and I have 14 days to do that. I already have send 3 EMAILS and they DON'T respons. Very bad service. So now I'm sitting here with my small clothes, thanks Bellizo...

HORRIBLE COMPANY.
i have been trying to cancel my order for five days while it is still processing. after they FINALLY got back to be they told be they won’t cancel it. their policy states however that i am able to cancel it sooooo
This was my first time using the site but I have shopped with other cheap online retailers like zarful and shein.
My order took around 3 weeks to arrive. I checked the website daily and the delivery info was not very detailed and didn't fill me full of confidence. When it finally arrived I had almost resigned to the fact that they had taken my money and I wasnt getting the clothes. The event I'd bought the clothes for had certainly long since passed.
Of 11 items I am keeping 5. The dresses and blouses are very poor quality. The cami tops and a pair of shorts were of ok quality. I knew what to expect with low prices but was still a little disappointed.
I have been emailing them for 5 days now with no reply regarding returns. You have to email them a picture of the clothes and explain what is wrong with each of them and they will tell you if you are able to return them - I find this very odd. Anyway, I sent the email and no reply. I only have 14 days to make the self paid return and I'm sure the delay on their side means I will not be seeing a refund.
I hope they read this and get back to me.

This company is horrid. I have sent emails and get no response in answer to my question. I received notification that my order was shipped on June 20th and still have not received it. They sent a bogus tracking number “1” that does not work. Every time I email, I get the automated answer that they are out of the office on weekends and will respond when they get back. Then, I never hear from them again. As I’ve said HORRID!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Even the below response is BOGUS......I have received no such email.

I ordered products that I didn’t like and wanted to return, after contacting customer service I was able to receive a full refund and keep the clothes at no expense. Everyone was super nice and helpful

It’s been almost three weeks and the tracking is still saying “being shipped” I want a refund on my items but there’s no way to get in contact with these people, and they don’t answer emails! I’m very frustrated!

Don’t believe the well crafted responses stating that they “want to resolve your problems or offering you options.” You will never hear from them again.

Much like the negative reviews in here I am having the same experience. Ordered 3 dresses, none of them fit my daughter so I emailed them to advise I wanted to return them. They emailed back right away and gave me three options, keep the dresses and receive a “bellizo voucher” for the full amount to use online, keep the items and receive a 50% refund, or send the items back at my cost for a full refund. I responded the same day that I wished to return the items at my cost for a full refund. That was two weeks ago and they still have not responded to the three emails I have sent. This is completely unacceptable and I will be contacting legal authorities as this pretty amounts to theft. Their return policy states you can only return items once you receive the return authorization number and they are ignoring my request to provide one.

UPDATE- 7/2/19-Because of my review, Bellizo reached out & provided a FAKE tracking number that brought me to another online business they have called PatPat. The tracking info provided NO INFO & they tried to use the excuse that they are updating their systems.
Don’t believe the positive reviews!! I should’ve read the REAL reviews before I purchased. Big mistake. Ordered the items for a trip well in advanced. Sent my first email after a week, inquiring of a tracking number since I still hadn’t received it. Waited a few days. I didn’t receive a reply. Did receive an email that my items had shipped but still no tracking info. Sent another email requesting the tracking number. Waited a week. No reply received. Sent another email. This company is fraudulent in it’s representation. My gut is telling me the company is foreign & I may never get my stuff or if I do, who knows when. As I write this I still haven’t received my items or a response to any of my emails.
