The unit was very nice. Bathrooms could use more storage, instead of pedestal sinks.
Smoke detectors need to work
Lock on slider was very loose.
Blind slats fell off a lot

Very quaint and sweet "old FL" type…
Very quaint and sweet "old FL" type condo's/motel. Clean and quiet and family friendly. Affordable too. Loved the salt water pool!

Great leading up to visit
Great leading up to visit. House itself and location was great! Big for whole family. Had issues with communication during stay. Pool was cloudy and dirty, things were broken by the time a response was received we just dealt with most of it. Pool resolved. Once they were responsive it was ok.

Anniversary
We found this place on short notice . Due to other circumstances we had not made plans for our Anniversary (#46)
The Lady at the Beloise was very helpful in making our reservation.
The Condo was very nice.
We will make a return trip in the near future

Belloise review
Always enjoy our vacation rental, have been coming to same place for many years. The biggest problem is not being able to be refunded our money if by chance we have to cancel. That being said we have been coming to TT for the month of March for the last 7 years. Wish faithful return clients could be trusted to know that if they had to cancel it would be for a legitimate reason.

I will say this read the comment I left up above.
I will say this. There were just a few things that could use some TLC. The kitchen faucet is loose. The shower could be adjusted a bit for more pressure. Other than that this unit is my all time favorite. I have stayed in other units, but this one was outstanding. Enjoyed my time!

Accommodating
There were a few things that needed to be fixed before we could enter our preferred rental (i.e. water heater) They were very helpful in finding us other accommodations for that short period.

We like the location. We enjoy the picnic table area and using the grill and the option to use the common room. We thought it would be nice if there were some games to play like Jenga or Connect Four. Unfortunately the handicap chair at the pool creates a lot of shade around the pool steps,

We felt the response and communication…
We felt the response and communication in regard to maintenance issues were lacking, A/C leaking and required our cleaning up water for several days, spa was not being maintained. Other than those unfortunate issues the property was very nice and enjoyable
