I had some trouble as my first order went missing in delivery - I was never given any delivery updates and chased it up after ten days to find it had apparently been delivered to a shop around the corner from me... (I blame the courier for this!)

The box was nowhere to be found and Bellr quickly arranged a replacement order for me which arrived today and the plant is in excellent condition and extremely carefully packed.

Lovely plants and wrapped beautifully so they didn’t spill their soil or dry out! So impressed with the service. They had some damp tissue paper on the base to stop them drying out which worked a treat. There was the brown paper around them to keep them upright and the soil had not spilled at all. Extremely impressed by the service overall and the prices being so low!

Great quality plants for a very reasonable price, packaged very well to minimise damage in the post, and included a sweet hand written note!

It was in excellent condition!

The plants I received were packed amazingly so that they arrived in perfect condition. Also included in the package was a 'how to care for your plant' slip for each plant that I had ordered with a helpful picture of the plant printed on it too. The price was great and would certainly recommend to friends and family. I will be ordering again! 😊

Amazingly fast next day delivery which wasn't expected. Loved the fact it was all eco packaging and included a handwritten note to say thank you for the purchase, a lovely touch. Plant is very healthy and full. Would recommend and happily purchase from them in the future.
