The shipping was incredibly quick, ordered on an evening and recieved it 1 and half days later.
The packaging enabled the plants to stay safe and well protected.
Did not notice a special message section so once contacted via chat the team were able to do a video message for my daughter as one plant was for her summer break gift after an amazing year in school.

I ordered a snake plant and it was dispatched immediately. I was a little bit worried as it was such a hot day, but the plant arrived in perfect condition and had clearly been well looked after. From ordering to arriving it was less than 24 hours. It was packaged perfectly and I had also ordered a pot which was also in perfect condition.
The website is so easy, and as someone who has lots of house plants, it's so great that the website informs you what size pot you'll need and gives you options. It's such a little thing but worth mentioning as it makes it so much easier!
Really really pleased, and will be back for more!

Ordered a beautiful bird’s nest fern and lovely white pot. It arrived promptly and I was impressed to see how carefully it was wrapped and boxed to avoid any damage to the plant.
