Excellent service and products

I have several products from Bellroy, Venture backpack, 9L sling, 2.5L sling, pencil case, pouches. They’re all beautifully made. I had a tiny issue with the backpack, they immediately sent me a new one and let me keep the old one.

I ordered a backpack from Bellroy. It arrived in a very crushed condition. I attempted to remedy that by packing it with soft contents but after a week it was unchanged. I wrote to Bellroy who apologised and sent a label for its return. They then credited the amount I paid less the postage cost. Considering the problem was theirs, I consider that expecting me to pay postage was totally unreasonable and will not deal with them again.

I bought a leather case for my new IPhone 17 pro and I’m really disappointed with the quality.

I have quite a few Bellroy products and usually swear by them - bags, wallet, sling bag, packing cubes etc. and they’re all great.

The phone case however is flimsy, feels plastic-y and is very slippery. Doesn’t feel like a quality product. It also doesn’t fit the phone properly, leaving the left hand side slightly loose.

It also seems quite tricky to return things- I’ve emailed customer services but there doesn’t seem to be a straightforward returns process. Though I’ve never had to return any of their products before!

I'm very disappointed with the mint green leather case. It looked like 10 years-old in a week, paint very quickly wore off without any extra harsh usage. In 3 months, leather is coming off the base of the case, and started ripping. It certainly didn't worth $50 - any $10 case would have been more durable and nicer looking.

Ordering online is simple and the product description and dimensions delivered were exactly as described and delivery was prompt. The quality was better than I could have hoped for and will protect the new phone for the future. My last Bellroy held its own for more the 7 years and was only upgraded for a phone of different dimensions.

One of the only brands I am loyal to, and one of the only brands I will remain loyal to. All the products from them are seamless, sleek, high quality, and overall amazing. I wish it was a little cheaper, but thats the price you pay for quality.

Great range of products and fast delivery

I have many Bellroy products, bought either direct from the online website or other stockists.

I find the quality of their products to be first class, even against other leading products from AER and Peak Design that I own. In fact, on a recent holiday to Italy, I chose to take my PackLite backpack over my more expensive AER City Pack Ultra due to its better versatility and weight.
Bellroy service is excellent and even though I live out in the country, their delivery is always timely and trackable.

I highly recommend Bellroy products and while I will always research and inspect, I have no doubt I will continue to return to Bellroy!

Fast delivery, Quality product- the material is far better than I expected. Value for money.

Over the last few years I have amassed quite a collection of Bellroy products including Apple Watch bands, iPhone and Pixel cases, a sleeve for my MacBook, a tech backpack and a tech organizer. The quality is first rate and delivery has always been quick. I had to make a warranty claim for a watch band and it was handled to my complete satisfaction.

I have purchased several Bellroy products over the years and seen the high quality and high standard of workmanship maintained - this is despite the company growing bigger. Very happy with my purchases.

High quality products. Thoughtful design. stylish carry. But comes at a cost - somewhat expensive.

I own a lot of Bellroy products, including wallets, key holders, rucksacks, duffels, and slings. I love this gear. I do shop around, but I always seem to come back to this brand. On a couple of occasions, I have had to contact customer service, and I haven't been too despondent, so that's pretty good too.
Would I come back - yeah

The quality of Bellroy items is fantastic! We own a duffle bag, backpack, sling bag, wallet and phone case and can recommend all of them. The shipping is so fast and the customer service is incredible. Will definitely be buying from Bellroy again.
