Very prompt delivery. Product as described. This is not the right product for my bell tent but my tent supplier was out of stock. Therefore not perfect fit but can just fold the edges under abs works a treat. Saves the bottom of the bell tent from being packed away covered in mud!

Great fast service and packaged well. I bought a groundsheet protector and its a good fit underneath my bell tent from BTB. Thumbs up from me, I would order again from this company.

The service was really good. It was easy to order and the tent arrived quickly. I did enquire about a different tent and the answer I got regarding when it would be back in stock was a bit vague. But the website and FAQ were helpful and much better than other sites I checked out.

Quick delivery and very impressed with our Bell Tent, love how spacious and homely it feels inside also feel that it is has been well made with high quality materials. Overall really really pleased with the service and product and can’t wait to use it properly!

I didn’t receive a tent ! Order was processed and money taken but no tent as out of stock even though item showed up as being in stock. I was notified a few days later and received a free mat. Very disappointing.

Fast efficient service. Product as described

Purchased 5m xl tent and accessories. There was a bit of a delay in delivery due to circumstances out off their control but I was kept well informed and if I emailed I was contacted straight back which was great.
The tent itself is beautiful and really well made. More than big enough for most families I’d have thought. The extra wall height makes a huge difference. I’ve no issues but I would imagine if I did they would be dealt with swiftly as they are a great company to deal with. Oh and our coir matting fits great and isn’t wrinkled!

I am delighted with my 7m Bell Tent which we put up in the garden. After a couple of weeks I noticed that a section of stitching wasn't strong enough around the main centre pole. I contacted Bell Tent Village who immediately arranged a courier to collect my tent, dealt with the repair, upgraded the tent with a reinforced dome and sent it back to me in time for Easter. I am very impressed with the way Bell Tent Village dealt with the problem, Lee kept me informed, no fuss, no charge, the tent is back in action and better than before.
