I ordered a veil that was advertised as being made of 100% silk. I did not receive an order confirmation online, but only a shipping confirmation several days later. I received a cheap chiffon veil in the color I had requested... Since I ordered from abroad, it is not cost-effective for me to return the item.
It's a shame... I cannot recommend a shop like this..
I wanted to return all items. They sent me the instructions and I really did it all the way they wanted it. I paid a lot for shipping. AND they REFUSED the parcel!!!

Belly Dance mainly sells Chinese items. Return shipping from Germany is very expensive. Customer service is very poor. Unfortunately, this shop is more trouble than pleasure. Not recommended!

We expected, after your threats, that you would leave a negative review regarding your order and our refusal to process your refund.
If your arguments were true and our items of such poor quality, you would not have ordered from us five times since 2024 for a total of 19 items.
Our refusal to refund more than 6 weeks after purchase is due to our strict return policy (recently implemented following several abuses) aimed primarily at protecting our buyers and making sure they receive new items that have not been worn (especially for a show) and then returned.
However, we refund or exchange any item without question within 14 days as clearly stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions.
We regret the bad faith and this type of comment which are pure revenge coming from some customers who did not get their way, and aimed at harming the good reputation of a serious and high-quality store which has existed for more than 13 years.
Low-quality stuff from China shipping from France, one size fits all. It isn't even worth the shipping cost, so if I remember correctly I did return everything. Why I am writing this review now, I happened to be reminded due to an article I read online and wanted to check their website just now. I couldn't as here it is what it says:

We are surprised to see your review from 2023 today. Having our own review tool on our online store so that only customers who have actually purchased our products are able to post one, we are discovering it after the fact.
First of all, at no time do we "block" our customers, browsing is free for all Internet users. We know this message which seems to be more related to a temporary server error. You probably tried to browse our store during an exceptional technical malfunction, and it must have been solved a few minutes later.
Then, if your first experience was so unpleasant, it is surprising that you absolutely wanted to come back on our site and then took the trouble and time to post this negative review just because you were unable to do so before.
To conclude, we thank most of our customers from all over the world who have been loyal to our e-shop for over 12 years for not participating in spreading so much false information in order to harm the reputation of a trustworthy brand.
