Total scam! Ordered in March, still hasn’t delivered, customer service told me the y are in a procédure judiciaire and they can’t refund and all orders with manufacturers have been canceled
Still I am receiving marketing emails that tell me to come back and buy more on the site. Total scam, why is their site still active? stay away!

bonne chance lorsque vous devrez utiliser leur garantie de 5 ans... Ils disent qu'ils vous répondront dans les 48 heures et disparaîtront ensuite de la surface de la terre.

UPDATE: awful customer service... I kept trying to reach them since my review and either they hang up on your face or never respond to your e-mails. They are absolutely shameless and they don't seem to care about their reputation at all. I had to pay to repair my device out of my pocket even though it was still covered by Belong's warranty.

sorry but this is in english ... I do live in France, 5 years, but think it is important that you know how well you worked for me (yes, I can speak some french, all the essentials for living and doing business)

online went very very well ... the offer is excellent ... and you will deliver into my kitchen, then remove the old cooker ... great service, so far

I was too slow to finalise the order, so it not only cancelled the process, but removed the product from the shopping basket. Feels like a good way to send a customer somewhere else.
I also found the deliver timing hard to find and not clear, during the purchase process. This should be easy and clearer to find as you go through the purchase process. Also the Validate button was greyed out after I'd added my card information, so it made me think I'd not filled it all in completely. Again a error in the system as when I did try to click on it, it worked the second time.
Generally I like the branding and style to the website and the offer of 5yr guarantee, so I went back and made my purchase. Let's hope it arrives soon.

La commande était facile. Ensuite, il y a eu une très longue attente pour l'article (une cuisinière). La communication pendant l'attente aurait pu être meilleure, mais j'ai finalement reçu ma commande et j'en suis très contente.
Ordering was easy. Then there was a very long wait for the item (a range cooker). Communication during the wait could have been better, but I eventually received my order and I am very happy with it.

Overall very good - these days deliveries take months, but you need to know that ahead of time. I am satisfied with the response time to my enquiries, and in the end they were very understanding about the guarentee and the delays.

I would recommend - but be wary that it can take a long time to get appliances in general.

I wouldn’t recommend this company- there are far better and more reliable online retailers around, choose any of them but not these guys. They do not respect indicated delivery dates and are impossible to reach.

After waiting for a month for my order to be shipped and them constantly telling me it would be shipped « next week », I still don’t have my fridge. On top of it they said if i want my order on time, i’d have to cancel delivery and installation (which i paid a fortune for) and settle for door to door delivery. I said ok as I am desperate to have a fridge, but guess what? There is still no news about the shipment of my order AND they haven’t reimbursed me for the extra amount I paid for delivery to the room & installation. They keep using the confinement as an excuse but come on, confinement has been over for 2 months! They are awful and a paypal dispute is coming their way.
