Like others, I have had a bad experience with this company. Placed and order on line Nov 2024. Received an email confirmation and later some tracking through Shopify. I did not receive the product and tried to contact them. There is only an email address on their page and the links that they originally sent no longer work. The address they have is a WeWork space in Toronto....... I fear this is a scam of a company
I placed an order beginning of November and paid with credit card.
Nothing happened and I am still waiting for the product.
Altough I wrote two mails, asking about my order, there was no answer.
It looks very much like a fraud.
Made a purchase on 29/11/24 via Shop App. Received confirmation email but nothing since. Tried to email by replying to confirmation email/support address as instructions in email but fails to send. Tried using contact form on website but no reply. Still shows as preparing shipment on Shop App. They show Trustpilot reviews on website, but nothing on here that I can see.
