Took months to ship so no longer want the item and now they won’t let me return even though it’s states on there website quick shipping and take returns so this website is falsely advertising

Ordered a month ago. No confirmation email received. I’ve emailed 4 times asking for tracking numbers. Just to be told it’s on it way and none provided. They’ve given up replying to my emails. I’m going to open a chargeback with the bank. I’m not waiting anymore. Scammers.

After previously writing a review on how i hadnt recieved the money boxes they have arrived today! Ordered middle of October They are smaller than i thought they'd be 130cm 17inches and better than i was expecting given the reviews.
Got 2 lots of letter stickers in each, not sure that i will use them, as they are white but another xmas present for the grand kids.
Would have liked to have put a photo up but dont seem to be able too.

Iv emailed them ..they send out a customer reply saying to track but you can’t track ..

I ordered 3 of the wooden letter piggie banks. I placed the order in September and after chasing every week from mid October through to the end of November, I finally received them on 2nd December. The quality isn't bad but it was very frustrating trying to get an answer. Beloved ours just send a link via email to contact the shipping company.

Money box never arrived. Cannot get into account . Website is not helpful. Disappointed!

I ordered an alphabet money box from Beloved Ours. Thought it was coming from UK. Its not it is supposedly coming from USA. Ordered it at the end of October. Still not received it. However update today the money box has been delivered by Royal Mail this morning 5.12.23. So this wasn't a scam. Goods not brilliant though. Ordered a better one from AMAZON. Apologies it was not a scam as goods eventually turned up.

Ordered money box’s on 9th October I checked and it said uk based then got constant emails saying it had left the USA then customs then said the parcel was in Cardiff and it stayed there for weeks, I complained and was given a new tracking number this time it said it was in China then on the plane etc and has just arrived two months later they are much smaller than I expected but I did not read the measurements all in all they aren’t bad shame they have to deceive us by saying uk based would not have ordered them if I had known they were coming from China

Absolutely rubbish company. Ordered the letter piggy bank for grandchildren 30th Oct. They were quick enough to take my money and since then... everyday...your order is coming...your order is coming...well its not come & instead my inbox has been bombarded with spam & emails from the time they were able to email me & doesn't seem like a coincidence. 🤬DON'T ORDER FROM THIS GROUP🤬

If I could give less stars I would.
Order never arrived.
Placed in October. Tracking shows been in the country 13 days and no movement.
“Customer support” is a complete waste of time and the same message keeps being repeated.
Avoid like the absolute plague

Sadly, I have to agree with all the 1 star reviews. Haven’t received my order and keep being told to be patient. Looks like it is a scam. Please avoid.

SCAM - ordered 4 money boxes never arrived refuse to refund me, customer service just repeat the same message to be patient. Absolute scam avoid at all costs

Total scam. Ordered the letter C piggy bank on 31st Oct and apparently still in transit. From Raleigh in Texas to Chicago to UK to Belfast and suppose to be coming back to me in The UK, really! It’s 11.99 and they charged me 19.61. I have put a dispute with my credit card company. It is the principle

Avoid this company at all costs it is a total rip of ,i have just recieved the wooden money box and it is awful,it's tiny and all scratches all it ,I complained to them and got absolutely no where with them offered me £2 I sent them pictures of the item shocking customer service,this was a Christmas present ,I can't even give it to them it's that bad £17 down the drain.

Please please please do not order from this company. Order placed October, not received. Auto replies to emails and of course no phone number to ring. I am is resigned to not receiving my order and so wish I had read the other reviews first. I want to give it NIL stars.

My order took weeks to arrive and I had to chase it up twice. The two letters for my nephews arrived today. Shocking quality - two different sizes, two different colours, two different types of perspex. They look cheap & of poor quality. Needless to say I won’t be giving them as the intended xmas presents . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE PRODUCT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!
