No tax returns or pay stubs; approval needs a valid ID, 2 months of bank statements and a soft credit pull. Minimum credit score 660. Buy or refinance, in your name or your LLC. Fix and flip loans: short-term loans for buying and renovating, with rehab funds released in draws as the work gets done. No experience required. Portfolio loans: put two or more rentals under one loan and one monthly payment. Loans run from $75,000 to about $2.5 million, in every state except Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota and Vermont.
