Life changing products!!!
I have had nothing but great experiences with Beltwell and their products. Their customer service is prompt, thorough, and their products are amazing. As a teacher, I’m on my feet all the time. Their products has made my day of teaching easier and my evening when I am recovering from the day wonderful. I wake up ready to tackle the day with the help of their products.

If I could give a zero I would. They will not send return I for at all. DO NOT BUY!! Too hard to attach. Run from this company. They should be reported to every state Attorney General office!!!!!
Too Difficult to Attach
Ordered bundle (thighs, calves, feet). Difficult to put on calf wrap. But impossible to reach foot and use that. Thigh gets tied up with itself with Velcro straps. Gave up. So far, calves feel pretty good but I don’t look forward to wrestling with them again. Hopefully it may get easier. But I would not recommend this product.
Beltwell is a God sent
Beltwell is a God sent. I have suffered from lymphedema for over 10 years. These lymphedema wraps are affordable, comfortable and easy to wear. The best part is they don’t fall down ( like my expensive custom wraps.
I highly recommend Beltwell wraps. Their staff is very caring and helpful.
If you have lymphedema you should give them a try.
Game changer for my Lymphedema
My lymphedema had become out of control. I was in need of compression and it needed to be effective. The thigh wraps, the calf wraps, and the foot wraps have been a game changer. I am so much more in control of the swelling now and I am thrilled with the products Beltwell provide. They are something that I highly recommended.

I'm being charged for something I did not order and you can not contact their customer service. I am not happy.

I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from BeltWell because I’ve been trying to reach their customer service through email because they have NO PHONE NUMBERS, to let them know one of my compression bands tie is sowed to the fabric making it useless and I wanted to return the defective one for a replacement one.
I’ve sent emails after emails and NO RESPONSES from anyone at BeltWell. I purchased close to $200.00 worth of items from them and if this is how they treat their customers, I will NOT buy again from them. I didn’t even want to give them a one star, they deserve NONE.

My experience was the same as these other folks. Stephanie seems to be the famous person refusing to honor refunds as promised on their website. If you do a little digging, they are a Swedish company based in Skovde called Tikkanen Companies AB. It seems they don't even have a footprint in the USA.
Stephanie will tell you:
"I understand your concern about the return process. Due to our warehouse logistics and inventory management, the return must be processed at our overseas facility. This is to ensure that the product can be properly handled and not resold again. Please note that there will be additional shipping costs and customs fees associated with the return, which will amount to approximately 40–50% of your total payment. Considering the circumstances, I have discussed this with my manager, and we can offer you a refund of up to 60% of the purchase price as compensation for the inconvenience for the size 9/10. We believe this is the best offer we can provide. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."
Apparently this is a copy and paste response when I read the other reviews.
Shame on these dishonest people that prey on the sick and elderly.

They say TRY OUR PRODUCT RISK FREE FOR 60 DAYS and if they don't suit, you get a 100 refund, no quibble no argument. The wraps did not fit me. Cue two weeks of arguments and excuses from the company, REFUND REFUSED.
Will not accept returns…
Purchased compression socks for my mother who has very large calves-worked great. Purchased TENS then realized mother will never use. I requested from Beltwell to return the UNOPENED package and the refused only offering 50% credit. Terrible customer service and the company should not post a refund policy given they don’t honor it. Will not purchase from them again.
Risk-Free does not always mean Risk-Free
I wanted to purchase a pair of men's sneakers for about $30 to $40. The first line of Beltwell's posted refund policy says "Try our products for 60 days risk-free" Sounded good enough to me. Somehow my order wound up being a pair of Lymphedema shoes with a price of $99. Beltwell's policy is "You need to cancel your order within 12 hours after your order was made if you want to cancel it." Since the only means of contact with Beltwell is via email (no phone number offered), I gave up trying to cancel the order within the time limit and just return it later. When the order arrived it was size US: 13 (EU:47) instead of US: 11 (EU:45) as I had ordered, two sizes too large. After several more emails I learned that "...the return must be processed at our overseas facility" and "...there will be additional shipping costs and customs fees associated with the return, which will amount to approximately 40–50% of your total payment." I settled for a refund of 70%. Not exactly RISK FREE.

I have lymphedema and wear farrow wraps, which are very costly. I saw these and thought I'd try them, particularly as they came with a risk free, money back guarantee. I tried the Beltwell wraps on and immediately knew they would not work for me. I switched back to my farrows and contacted Beltwell to send the product back and receive a refund.
This was Beltwell's reply, not once, but twice.
"It is unfortunate that you are entirely convinced about returning this order. Returning this item will cause you extra inconvenience, hassle, and cost because you will have to pay to return it. I can offer you a 50% partial refund and you can keep your order. Accepting the 50% off refund and keeping the product is much easier because it is also a lot faster, which means I will complete the refund immediately."
I have since received a reply to my third request that Beltwell honour their own stated Risk Free, Money Back Guarantee policy. Here is what they had to say, "To process the return, you will need to send the product back to our warehouse overseas. Please note that our warehouse is located overseas, (China) so there will be additional shipping costs and customs fees associated with the return.
I have discussed this with my manager, and we can offer you a refund of up to 70% of the purchase price to compensate for the inconvenience."
I have sent my fourth email to Beltwell, requesting they honour their own policy. I have also included legal representation and made it clear, my next step is to contact the BBB.
Product does not work as described
Product does not work as described. Attempts to contact company are without result. No method other than email and they don't respond.
Received a defective product, ghosted by customer service
Received a defective product. After several rounds of email with customer service, finally offered me a 70% return minus shipping the product back to China. I emailed a screenshot of their guarantee which states 100% money back, no need to ship the product. It’s been three weeks and I have not heard back from them since. Since that time, I’ve noticed comments on Facebook from others having similar problems.
