DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I ordered something over $15K two months ago, but I never received anything until I got a tracking number. I waited for days before they sent me a Whatsapp text asking for additional money, which infuriated me. paid repeatedly, and it continued to do so..Had a recoup on display Image.

Scam

Scam! Scam! Scam! I ordered this bra after seeing an ad on Snapchat. It took 2 months for the product to arrive. When the product arrived it was the wrong size. I contacted customer service, to ask for a refund. I was told I couldn't get a refund due to hygiene issues. The quality of the bra was horrible, wrong size, and customer service was beyond rude! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Absolute crap, avoid avoid avoid!!! My order took over 6 weeks and never turned up, I was advised by the courier to speak to the company to arrange a refund etc. Their response was (copied and pasted below) NO customer service whatsoever. I'm now out of pocket. I know other people since I made my purchase that are in the same boat and a couple of other's said the product is cheap, uncomfortable and not fit for purpose. The video's you see advertising are 100% misleading, cheap Chinese tat!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Hello, we do not reimburse a package that has been lost by Evri. As our policy indicates, our role is to send you the package to the right address with a tracking number, if it is lost or otherwise, it is not our fault so we have no guarantee. And you have to tell Evri to give you the money because Exu is the one who lost it

I was waiting for ever to arrive. It supposed to be specific days that l was home!!!! Delayed for ever. Obviously arrived when l was at work. Know one was at the house. Extremely rude and useless customer service…Not even the basic manners!!!!They never returned my money back!!!!! Reported at my bank already.
Don’t waste your time and money.

Scam! “Bra” not fit for purpose! Belyss is not Beyliss

Like others on here, I foolishly responded to a cleverly put together Instagram ad. I assumed that their claims to have appeared in “Vogue” and the five star trust pilot reviews were genuine, but I failed to check!
The so-called “bra” was basically a piece of uncovered wire (certainly not suitable for putting direct on the skin) with two rigid plastic squares attached, it came with some thin foam covers for the plastic squares, adhesive sticky pads and a set of very small print unfathomable assembly instructions!
They had sent me black when I ordered beige, and when I queried it via email requesting a refund, they quoted their terms and conditions of non-refundable due to it being a “hygiene product”. They also reserved the right within their T&Cs that ‘in times of high demand to change the specification’ of what had been delivered. Basically trying to hide behind some bulls##t terms and conditions that they’ve put together knowing that they would have an audience of dissatisfied customers.!
I did some online digging only to discover that the brand name BELYSS is a misspelling of another known brand :- Beyliss 😠
Thankfully, I paid by credit card. When my refund was refused, I submitted a chargeback application to my credit card company, which has been upheld.

If you’ve been scammed by these people, I suggest you do the same within the 120 day deadline.

Waste of money

scam.
just like the other reviews on here, it also stated refunds within 30 days yet when asking for the return/refund they are all about it being a hygiene product. not sure how a wire & sh** quality pads falls under hygiene.

the bra… or item.. whatever this thing is, it is absolutely awful. for starters the size i ordered is way too small so even if i wish to have an exchange, there’s no way i’m getting one :)

my email said up to 6 working days. after the 6 days i had no update on the whereabouts of my parcel, so i emailed asking about this. they told me that my parcel had got lost as i had given the wrong address but all is ok as they updated it and have sent a new one out to me……. ????? so i gave the wrong address but they update to the correct address without asking me the updated address? make it make sense please.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY XOX

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Ordered on 25/03/24 and never had a response until today to be told I had put my address wrong and they apparently tried to send twice but NEVER told me about the situation and when I checked my receipt the address was correct but then they said it gets auto changed!!! I NEVER HAD ANY COMMUNICATION about this so I asked for a refund and then was told I was weird. How RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Looks like I will have to contact my bank now as they won’t refund me. Absolute JOKE of a company. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND this was supposed to be to wear under my WEDDING dress and now I need to find an alternative! Very upset

Belyss is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw this product advertised on TikTok and it look AMAZING. It stated on the advert that returns and refunds would be accepted within 30 days so I went ahead and ordered…I should have done my research.
The website looked legit and really smart. It states on their website that they have hundreds of 5 star reviews…ABSOLUTE BULL****. This is false advertisement! The item came after a really long wait and it looks rubbish and super cheaply made. I didn’t bother to try the piece of rubbish on because I knew it wouldn’t be fit for purpose. You can clearly see that I haven’t even opened the packaging so I contacted Belyss and said I wanted a refund (the same day the item arrived) and they said for hygiene reasons they can’t give me a refund.
Avoid this company and this product like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute scam - avoid!!

Ordered a bra on 21/03, didn’t arrive until 09/04. Bra is faulty, pads are literally hot glued on and it doesn’t fit at all. Requested a refund (website guarantees refund within 30 days) but instead got a very rude response via email saying that as it is a hygiene item it isn’t covered by the refund policy, but under consumer law that isn’t true for faulty items. I am having to do a chargeback with my card, which they have said their lawyers will defend. Honestly, these guys are a total scam and I would recommend you avoid them at all costs!!

Ordered a bra after seeing it on a…

Ordered a bra after seeing it on a Snapchat ad. Website looked pretty reliable and even had a 5 star trust pilot icon. Spend $33 and it said 3-4 day shipping. First time I thought something was wrong is they sent an email saying Shopify was holding their funds and to please email Shopify to release their funds… sketchy. Another week goes by and I finally got the bra which was clearly dropshipped. Bra is -not- what I ordered what so ever. It’s not even the same shape or style. The pads aren’t the right shape for the paddles. The sticky pads it came with gave me an immediate skin rash, and to top it off they don’t even stick to the bra or skin. But what’s even crazier is the website has “5 star reviews” that you can’t click on. I should have done more research into the company as they don’t appear to even have social media. Lesson learned. Hopeful I can get my money back as this item is on a popular website for $9 right now. Never again.
