I am in the process of trying to buy an…

I am in the process of trying to buy an equine blanket and neck piece. They will not allow me to buy online because I'm not a reseller. I must use their distributor for my state, but they do not know who that is. How is that possible? Therefore, I need to wait 24-48 hrs. for that information. I truly don't understand how such an expensive product has such a terrible sales / distribution channel. I just started this process and am ready to give up on them already.

Its not the product, it is the service or lack of it

I have little doubt that the product itself is good but the pre and post sales service is non-existant. There is no concept of assisting the customer of whom some may be feeling vulnerable. It is a 'take it or leave it' attitude which when you are spending over £4000 on the product is not appropriate. i am very sorry to have to write this.

We enthusiastically bought the Bemer…

We enthusiastically bought the Bemer mat. Within two weeks, the display/Bemer box developed problems. These were communicated to the intermediary in the Netherlands and the Bemer service itself. The quick responses from Bemer service and the goodwill of the Dutch intermediary were positive.Bemer advised us to only send the box for testing. Our preference was to return the entire set and have it inspected to avoid future failures, and to find a suitable replacement solution to continue the program. While Bemer claims it's important to build on this from the start, we didn't want to interrupt the program. Bemer refused to comply, only sending the box and not offering an alternative. This felt unacceptable to us for a so-called health product. It's very expensive to purchase, and there's a considerable margin in that market. Bemer doesn't directly state the rules and regulations regarding returns; they can only be found in the appendices when you pay for the product, but by then you've already made your choice. After researching it ourselves, it turns out that as a customer, you are entitled to a 100% refund if a product is purchased abroad and a complaint is filed within 15 days. Ultimately, we sent an email and a registered letter from legal aid, explaining our rights and requesting a refund. Bemer had no choice but to agree. The money was duly refunded, and later a manager called us to ask about our situation. I don't know if our feedback will be effective at Bemer, but at least we know what our rights are. It's a real shame to have this experience and to lose their trust.

Unbelievably good customer service

Just wanted to write a post this morning for the benefit of anyone considering buying a Bemer from BEMER Partner - Felicity Wilson . As some of you will know mine was one of the first Bemer in the uk as I bought it from Regitze Visby at Hest & Ritter probably about 10 years ago. Well the night setting hasn’t been working so I contacted bemer head office in Switzerland on felicity’s advice to ask if it could be repaired .

To be honest i was quite shocked by their reply, the immediately sent me details of a UPS shipment and advised me to take it to one of the post office s who did UPS collections and drop it off with the paperwork they provided for me to print, they paid for the postage and also advised me that they would pay the return postage as well. They would let me know what the cost of a repair would be once it arrived but return postage was on them even if I didn’t have it repaired.

So it went off last Wednesday and this morning i got notification it was coming back, thinking there had been some mistake as I hadn’t had any contact from them asking for payment i emailed them. They would let reply came back very quickly that the problem was the internal batteries and they had replaced them free of charge for me!

Well to say I was surprised is an understatement. I wondered whether a company of this size would even bother repairing such an old product let alone do it for free. Well done Bemer , you get a big thumbs up from me.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. I purchased a used (like new) Bemer. It needed service after a few months. Bemer has refused, giving me the run-around for 3 months, finally saying unit has been reported as stolen. They refuse service of any kind but also refuse to provide PROOF, such as a police report.
Andrew Danforth of the Bemer Service team has been disappointing at best.

Read my review b4 buying it.

I purchased this medical device (PEMF mat) on 10/23/24, it was delivered to my house on 10/28/2024. The purchase price was $6.243,40 My husband has very mild Arrhythmia (afib), and precautions on the website only warn patients with severe cardiac rhythm disorders, so we expected it to be safe to use. I had to search for precautions on the website, it is something that should be listed in BIG BOLD letters, customers should not be searching for health info for ten minutes. We bought this product to keep and not return, but my husband was experiencing chest pain as soon as the mat was turned on, and we discontinued using it right away as we did not want to cause harm to his health. I contacted our Distributor Emily Webber on Oct 30th and explained my situation to her, she transferred a call to the doctor, I explained to her the situation once again, and for 8 minutes she tried to convince me to keep it. I Called the company on Nov 1st to follow up, and finally, I received the shipping label to send it back Nov 2, 2024 everything was in the original packaging and perfectly packaged. Bemer received it on 11/12/224 On 11/13/2024 I called in to let them know they received the mat and I was expecting to get a full refund, I spoke to Brianna and she said everything would be resolved by the end of the day and I could check back on the following day, she also said she is expecting me to get a full refund but the doctor has to confirm it. I gave them an extra day to finalize everything and called back on 11/15/2024, and I received exact same answer as before, that everything should be finalized by the evening, and I should receive my refund shortly. On 11/21/2024 I finally got an email from the Bemer company informing me that I could not get my full refund. It took 30 days since they received a return to give me 90% of my money back, but when I bought it, they deducted it immediately.

Lack of customer service …

Bemer customer service representatives are slow and do not deal with issues in a timely manner.
I bought the new evo and the mat was not made properly so the coils all fell in to the footwell of the mat. So far getting them to respond and arrange a pick up has taken over a week.
Having spent £3750 with them I bitterly regret not purchasing from a more professional company.

Company talks about false applications, service and workmanship a misunderstanding. No master patent as of 2018. Lack of development. Discouraged. Many customer reports of kidney damage. Sleep program emits harmful EMFs.

Love my Bemer!!!

I bought my Bemer a year and a half ago. I had been suffering from chronic low back and neck pain. I had tried PT, acupuncture, massage and chiropractic care and would have short term relief but never stayed. Since I have been consistently using the Bemer I have only had to go back to my PT once when I fell and knocked myself out of alignment. I sleep better, have more energy and recover faster after exercise. I have only had one issue when I dropped the Bspot. Customer service was fantastic and resolved the issue. I saw the comment below regarding the mat. I found putting it under a foam pad resolved the issue.

I love my BEMER

I love my BEMER. I've been using it daily for almost 6 years. I have great energy, sleep deeply, strong immunity and believe it or not, increased happiness. It is also like having a clinic in our home. Helped me to heal swiftly after dental surgery, no need to fill pain script. My mother-in-law, between age 90 and 100, got immediate relief anytime her knee acted up. Occasionally there were human caused issues, like a puppy bit off the end of one of one of the cords, when it was no longer under warrantee. Customer service was fabulous. Highly recommend product and company.

Extremly poor customer service

Started with renting the product Bemer Pro which had a mis function in a cord so two of the modules did not work. From I told them undtil it was fixed it took more than 3 months and a lot of hassle. Meanwile Bemergroup kept on sending invoices for the full system although the local representative told me I should not pay until I had received a functioning. system. I basically like the system but the internal lack of communicaiton within the Bemer group is horrible and they only want their money, not a satisfied customer.

Bemer Pro/3000

I would recommend anyone who is considering purchasing this product, to take the hire-purchase option. It gives you 8 to 12 weeks to try out the unit before committing to purchase. We chose the HP option through a company called Bemer Vasculaire Therapie in Boekel, the Netherlands.
The control unit is designed well and easy to program. However, the mat’s design leaves a lot to be desired. Because it’s really lightweight it moves around and curls up on the bed. Bemer’s solution is to supply a sleeve to keep the mat in place, however that does not work at all. It becomes really irritating to lie on a surface that is not smooth. I can not begin to understand why Bemer would find this shoddy design acceptable for such an expensive product.
We started at level 1 in the first week, going up 1 level per week, to level 8 in the 8th week. This is 8 minutes in the morning and at night. We did not feel any difference throughout this time and afterwards. We also tried the various applicators such as the Bemer light, spot and pad, these applicators start at an additional 8 minutes, going up to 16 minutes, 32 minutes etc. Again, no result. The only difference we experienced is the sleeping program. We both had intense nightmares and woke up feeling tired.
We had purchased a brand new mattress at the same time as trying the Bemer Pro. After taking off the Bemer mats, the mattress had burn marks under one of the mats. Nobody within the Bemer organisation has thus far been interested to come and inspect this.
Bemer claims their product speeds up the recovery process. Circulation/Cell division would be much quicker by using Bemer and therefore healing would be quicker. We still have not had our question answered that if you had cancer, would it then also spread quicker?

Lastly, it is interesting to know that the Bemer Group operates a pyramid selling scheme.
